Newly Renovated One Bedroom Cottage with Living Room, full kitchen, and bathroom. It is approximately 600 sf.
I have recently purchased this cottage and have renovated the Living Room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. I have opened up the kitchen with a half wall and a peninsula to create an open floorplan.
For high season I am requiring a 7 night stay with check in and check out on Saturdays. Linens are not included.
The Bedroom has a Full Bed and a Twin Bed... and the Living room has a pull out sleep sofa. Perfect for a couple or an individual looking to relax and reboot. It also would accommodate a family of three or four and even two couples (if you don't mind a pull out sofa).
The retro bathroom (circa 1950) has a full tub/shower. There is an outdoor shower as well. Speaking of outside, there is a front deck where my guests like to hang out, have a cocktail and watch the sunset. In the back yard, there is a new patio with a private grill and plenty of seating for dining, relaxing and entertaining.
The Kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The Living Room has hardwood floors, 41" Flat Screen Smart TV with WIFI and plenty of comfortable seating on two sofas (one is a pull out sofa). 2 Beach Chairs included for your use.
