The property was lovingly cared for but dated.Having to go downstairs to use the bathroom at night was interesting. We can’t say enough about how welcoming the hosts are and the location is fantastic if you love beaches.We visited 8 of them in one day!

This place had it all! Beautiful property, close to the beach, and walking distance to the beach home location of our family reunion. The owner was there to greet us and make sure things were to our liking, and he told us about the history of the home. There were also beautiful, fresh flowers on our arrival...a welcoming touch! I originally booked the cottage just for myself and my dog, but my cousin and his wife also joined us. No worries! We had plenty of space!! It was quiet, just the right amount of space, with a beautiful outdoor sitting area. I will definitely be back next year! It also offers a spacious outdoor shower - perfect after a day at the beach, but also quite pleasant on those warm early fall days!
Patio area - great for a quiet breakfast.

(We are a 73/67-year-old very active couple)We are very glad that we selected this venue. Reasonably-priced. Within walking distance of Craigsville Beach (where we walked for hours.)The owner/host Greg is a real hoot! Excellent communications before the trip. Very friendly and gracious. Lives next door, so very available to handle any issues. Very well-connected with the Cape Cod area, with many recommendations for places to eat and places to visit. Greg is very gracious!!!

Love the cottage!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Cape Cod while in town for a wedding. The location is perfect as it is just a short walk to the beach, and close to everything we needed. The cottage itself was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bathroom worked great for getting ready for the wedding, and the space overall had a cozy, welcoming vibe.Greg and Maureen were fantastic hosts. They are so friendly, communicative, and incredibly responsive. We truly appreciated how easy they made everything from check-in to checkout. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Charming Cottage Stay

I stayed at the cottage for a couples getaway weekend. Greg and Maureen were so kind and welcoming. The cottage was adorable and located in a peaceful neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better (only 7 minutes from downtown Main St in Hyannis). I highly recommend!

Great location!

Cute little beach cottage in walking distance to the beach and pretty central location. Friendly checkin with the owner. Nice space with good amount of amenities, mini split units for A/C, and nice yard for my dogs. I wasn’t a fan of the bed (a little too firm for me), but maybe some people like firm beds!

Beach day anyone?

The property was amazing. Greg took the time and discussed the history of how the cottage became a piece of the property. And who used it. The beach is literally a very short walk (even shorter car drive). Stores were readily available if needed. Thank you Greg and Maureen for the relaxing stay!!!!!! Much needed.
