Located in the heart of Downtown 2 blocks from the World Famous Honky Tonks and Music Venues of Broadway, The Lofts at Noel Court will provide you and your guests the upmost comfort and convenience during your visit to Nashville. The Lofts at Noel Court are located on 3rd Ave North, between Church St & Union St, across from Printer's Alley.

Your home away from home whether you decide to stay 2 nights or 2 weeks is complete with all the amenities needed to provide an amazing experience while touring and exploring Music City.

Each Condo has 2 Bedrooms (2 King Rooms & 2 Queen Rooms each with En Suite Batths). Each Condo features 2 levels of luxury. Sleeping rooms are located in the lower level of the building and provide the most amazing accommodations. 100% blackout to ensure the best nights sleep to leave you energized and ready to hit the town.

The Dolly - 2 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 trundle day bed which converts to 2 twin beds), 2 ensuite baths, 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen, 2 twin day beds
The Parton - 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds), 2 ensuite bathes, 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen, Trundle daybed which converts to 2 Twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed

The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal in, providing relaxation and time to unwind. A Keurig coffee maker is provided with starter pods, creamer and sweetener.

The Parlor and living Area is comfy and well appointed for socializing and sharing stories of your Nashville adventures.

The well appointed Ensuite Baths provide all the room needed to prepare for a night on the town in the Music City.

All the essentials are provided by this professionally managed condo; Towels, Linens, Starters of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Pods, Bath Soap & Shampoo.

This was an excellent choice for 4 couples celebrating a birthday in Nashville. It was very nice for each couple to have their own bedroom with bathroom. It is two individual units connected by a hallway, so you have access to two kitchens and living rooms. The bedrooms are all downstairs in the basement level. The place was right in downtown and easy to access. Would highly recommend!

Girls weekend!

We had such a great day in the dolly and the Parton at the lofts! There were nine of us and it was super cozy and comfortable, and the location was amazing! Would definitely go back.

Fantastic long weekend in Nashville!

The property from booking to checking out was a very user friendly process. Before arriving when we had questions they were quickly and kindly answered. The property itself was amazing and an easy walk to broadway and printers alley. Our group of long time friends had a great time and will be back!

Great spot. We had a group of 14 stay at the lofts. Easy walking distance to Broadway. A skip away drone printer’s alley. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip

Amazing!

The loft was clean and accommodated our large group. Being so close the Broadway was a great benefit. The only challenge was there was a lot of noise from the street. Overall it was great!

21st birthday bash

We stayed for 4 days, did the petal tavern and that was everyone’s favorite part of Nashville. Enjoyed all the restaurants and bars as well as the country music hall of fame. Had everything we needed in the house, cooked lunch and breakfast there. Communicating with the property manager was very easy. Highly recommend this location if you don’t mind walking as it’s just a few blocks from everything!

Bachelor Party Weekend

We had a great time this past weekend in Nashville. We rented the two units on the main level. The units were clean, and comfortable. The location can't be beat. It's an easy walk to Broadway, and we were able to get parking next door to the building. I will definitely rent in this building again. Thank you, Clint

I rented the two apartments on the first floor. We used the front apartment as our space to “hang out” and there was plenty of space for all 16 of us The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet and dark.

Ideal stay for 46th college reunion

Very comfortable and clean condos with plenty of beds. We are (11) frat brothers in our late 60's and this worked perfectly. Big screen TV's for sports. These are true loft condos with old brick and full modern amenities. Great location to Broadway music and bars, and Printer's Alley, all within walking distance. Convenience stores and breakfast options all nearby. Questions immediately answered live by Charlene, via phone or email, no answering service reqd. Highly recommend for those that like city living and vibe. Parking is a challenge, but garages within few blocks.

The group that manages this property is on it! Communication is simply superb! We had 15 people ages 21-81 celebrating a 50th birthday party. It was quiet, yet convenient - three blocks from Broadway and everything Downtown Nashville.

21st Birthday Celebration

Fabulous property. 10 minute walk to Broadway and 30 seconds to Printers Alley. Very clean property with great interior architecture and design. If you stay here, you must take in breakfast at Union 417. Property manager stayed in communication the entire time from prior to arrival through checkout. Offers nominal charges for early checking and checkout, if available. I will stay here again and again. Entire group of friends and family enjoyed the property.
