Classic Beach Cottage on Oceanside of Wrightsville Beach -Lower Level

Seaview/Lower level is a beautiful two bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath duplex on a quiet street near the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Cottage features a large Outdoor shower on the bottom floor. At the end of the street is a wonderful family friendly beach for sunbathing, swimming, surfing and great walks. On the other side of the street is public access to Banks Channel for Kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and more. Nearby boating available. The Upper Unit is also available on VRBO#2039746.

The local grocery/coffeeshop/surf shop and restaurants are two blocks away. The beach house has an outdoor shower, off street parking for two cars, washer/dryer and a large deck for entertaining or relaxing. Great family vacation at the beach. Nearby sailboat, kayak, windsurfing, surfboard, paddle board, boat and Bike rentals.

Wilmington, NC has excellent nearby shopping, restaurants, museums, water park, downtown historic district and more! Fort Fisher is home to North Carolina Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum.

Wrightsville Beach is famous for its white sandy Beaches.and laid back beach town atmosphere.

Perfect home - steps away from the beach. Loved that we were able to use beach chairs! Enjoyed the front porch rockers…highly recommend!!

Family vacations

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Great location, very beautiful and clean %, beach, restaurant, convenient store, coffee shops, ice cream shop, souvenir stores, all these are a walking distance from the apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay here. Just like you see it on the website. Amazing, amazing! My family enjoyed it, and we will come back here next year, God willing!

We loved our time at this amazing condo. The location could not be more convenient to seeing all Wrightsville Beach has to offer! The property manager was super responsive to communication. Very clean and comfortable stay!

Great convenient location

Great central location right near WB restaurants and bars. Convenient parking and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect week at the beach, including an outdoor shower, chairs, umbrella, wagon and kids toys. Cottage was nicely decorated and was well equipped and comfortable. Porch gave us a great sunset view. Would gladly stay again!

Charming NC beach house.

This place is super clean and equipped with everything you need. Had questions about operating the tv in Melanie came out to the house to assist us. Close to everything that you need as a shore house short drive to a shopping center that had everything. Also convenient to the quaint town of Wilmington and the battleship.

We had a great stay. The location was a short walk to the beach & restaurant’s. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. My wife and I would absolutely come back to this beach cottage.

Beach getaway

We love the place. Location was wonderful! Looking at it there were two full baths. There were two showers, but one is downstairs. The beds in the bedrooms were great very comfortable. Pull out bed mattress really needs to be replaced! Was a wonderful getaway and time with family could’ve asked for a greater place!

Too quick of a a trip

Very clean and comfortable cottage in great location. Newly remodeled with nice decor. We could walk to beach without crossing roads and walk to the heart of Wrightsville. Will definitely go back when we have more time.

Great location!

The place was immaculate, the kitchen was very well equipped, the porch area was really nice to have, the host was very responsive when we had one minor issue, which was addressed right away. The location was awesome, just down the block to the beach. Both bedrooms were a good size, with plenty of room for clothes storage, it was nice to have the two bathrooms. The only negative thing I can say is the people renting upstairs (looked like college age students?) were a bit loud at times. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
