The layout is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and convenience. The master bedroom, "Seacoast," features a plush king-size bed, while the "Starlight" room offers a serene king-size bed for a restful night. The "Catamaran" and "Cape" rooms each have a cozy full-size bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all. Three full bathrooms are available, including two en-suites, providing convenience and privacy.
Step into the open-concept living and dining areas, where panoramic doors and a deck/patio seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee with the provided Mr. Coffee machine and Keurig coffee maker.
Relax on the oceanfront deck, complete with a BBQ grill and fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings. Wireless internet, air conditioning, and heating ensure comfort year-round. Linens, beach towels, and all necessary amenities are provided for your convenience.
The common grass area is shared amongst the 4 units.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.
