Perfect Soccer Family Spot

We had a soccer tournament in Oceanside and this was the perfect spot. 20 minutes from the fields and walking distance to breweries, restaurants and of course the beach. View was amazing. Perfect spot for our group!

Fabulous Property and View

The property is gorgeous. Spacious, clean and well equipped, with the most magnificent view possible. We stayed in winter, so the front living area provided an open environment protected from the elements. We had difficulty with the check-in process. Not one document gave us all the info we needed. The address we were given had a letter suffix, but the units are numbered. We received a message someone would greet us, but no one did. We called the rental office for clarification, but the process ate up almost an hour of our time to enter the property. It was quite frustrating.

Great for Multigenerational Groups

We had a range of ages from 30s up to late 80s. This place is great for groups where there will be a variety of ages and members with limited mobility issues. The elevator in the parking garage took us straight to our unit. All of the bathrooms had handles and rails which made the unit highly accessible. The kitchen was fully stocked and a cook's dream. The only issue we had was one of the coffeemakers stopped working. I notified them and within an hour, we had a brand new coffeemaker at our door. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers which was a nice touch. The view of the water was AMAZING and our favorite part. Hearing the crashing of the waves and watching the sunset and sunrise everyday was priceless. We had several grocery and food deliveries that were always very smooth and easy. We would just meet them at the walk-in gate which was right at our front door. We totally plan to return and stay in this exact unit again. Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous, easy location for large group

We had a group of gals that needed to meet and plan for the upcoming year of events. This rental was wonderful in that there were plenty of King and Queen size beds, location was perfection, spaciousness of the unit was perfect, and the rules to checkout were simple - they said they take care of everything! It was a great trip!!

This was a great spot. Even though there’s no direct Beach access in front of the property, there is a beach nearby. Tons of great restaurants and shops to go to. Would go again.

This is the 5th year we have rented from Beach Front. This experience was not as good as others. Construction was taking place next door and workers started making noise at 6am. Also on last day there was a leak in one of the bathroom and service men were in and out of the rental all day. We could not use the main guest bathroom all day. Otherwise everything else was good.

Everything is well appointed for your comfortable stay. This was so spacious for large groups never felt the least bit crowded. Everything is well stocked and maintained.Loved the hot tub and walks were just steps out the door.Our group is already planning a return trip and hope to make this a regular family outing location. Everything is walk able and great restaurants to chose from but, I don't think you are goingto want to leave.

Nice oceanfront stay

We enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront property. The property was very similar to the VRBO photos. The view is very nice and the location is great. The water was instantly hot in the showers, which was nice after a cool dip in the ocean. We had an issue with the television but the property managers responded quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at BeachFrontOnly's beachhouse condo in Oceanside. The condo itself is top notch: 5 bd, 4 bath with a full sized kitchen. The place was spotless clean and ready to go when we arrived. The view was amazing. The condo included nice extras like pots and pans, an ice maker, jacuzzi, barbeque, extra fans, two washer and dryers and garage parking. Communication with the management company was friendly and helpful. There is good eating within a half mile to a mile. There is a Walmart 1.5 miles away for stocking up. If I had to nitpick I say that they condo needed some additional utensils for larger groups but there is a convivence store right up the street and we just bought plastic wear. Depending on the time of the year there may not be any "beach" directly outside. At Low tide the water was coming up to the rocks and high tide the water was splashing over. We walked 10 minutes north to the public beach by the pier.
