River Retreat+ Indoor Pool & Hot Tub on 3.5 Acres
3.5 Acres along side the river with Indoor heated pool and hut tub. Upstairs you’ll find 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.. each bedroom has a balcony! Downstairs there is the Livingroom and kitchen with all needed accessories. There is a TV (Netflix/Amazon prime friendly) and WiFi Available. There is also a pool table and a piano for you to enjoy :D
The entire property is yours to explore and enjoy (beside the garage).
Walk just a couple hundred feet to the Trinity river and fish for Trout, Steelhead, and Salmon (make sure to bring your license or purchase one at the local Trinity Fly Fish Shop), or view a variety of wildlife. Kick back on one of the covered porches or open decks and relax to the sounds of nature. You can also enjoy a nice warm fire. within couple of miles there is a groceries and a gas station If needed for last minute necessaries and wood. To conclude, there is something for everybody. Regardless of what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Enjoy!

**100$ additional fee for each dog (HOUSE-TRAINED ONLY )
***additional 30$ per person per night after 6th person ($15 day stay only)
-This property is NOT suitable for children/infants who cannot swim or navigate stairs.
-No animals in the pool area
-No glass in the pool room (plastic dish ware is provided)
-The pool & hot tub must be covered when not in use
-MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUNS OF TONS!!!

My family and I rented a cabin near by and we absolutely fell in love with the area. the crystal clear water of the River and the Lewiston lake left us in awe (I was able to watch the fish swimming). After our stay we decided to look around for houses to own in the area. This is the first and only house I saw prior to purchasing. The open space, on the river location, four bedrooms, and of course the Indoor pool left no room for doubts. This is the perfect house for me and I'm excited to share it with you!
