Great rental

Set up for family gatherings. Lots of game tables, smokers, bbqs, griddles, toys, kid’s play equipment. We didn’t cook at all because it was a short stay with family living nearby who hosted meals but kitchen appeared to be equipped. Only disappointment is pool is not heated. Host was very clear about that, but even though daytime temps were 80s, it was too chilly for us in May.deer lived next to playhouse! Mama and baby.

A Great Vacation House Close To Weaverville

The house was as advertised. Large, spacious living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything you would ever need in a vacation house was provided. The outside is where we spent the majority of our time. Between the pool, hot tub and all the gaming tables there was no lack of entertainment. The owner was very helpful and responsive no matter what the situation was. We will definitely be back.

Good times in the mountains

Great family place for a getaway-lots of game options for kids/teens/adults with pool table/ Ping- pong/Corn hole. Swimming pool was great even in cold (2nd week of October.) Hot Tub was excellent!! The deck provides a great view of the mountain forests!! The fire pit at night was great!! We enjoyed seeing an open sky at night watching shooting stars. We loved the layout of the house!!

Family trip

Beautiful area and house. The property has so many fun amenities and well stocked. The owner, Ben, really considers his guests and their comfort. Would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing Property

We came to visit family and we were so happy with our stay! The listing doesn't do it justice. This property has everything you could imagine! All the stuff to entertain. Our family was able to hang out as a group and enjoyed Ben's property very much. Owner very friendly and helpful. Has totally set this place up for your enjoyment. We cannot wait to come back!

The property and host are both excellent. If you are thinking about heading up to this area then this is the home to want. Everything about it is top notch. Book in advance because it's popular for a reason.

Best summer house

Honestly this spot has it all, this is our second time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. Ben is so responsive and helpful. Everything from booking to checkout is super smooth. It has a beautiful pool, hot tub, all the games and the kitchen is well stocked and has more than you need. Perfect for a group stay. We are already booking next year’s trip.

A great place for a family retreat

A wonderful house and property outside of Weaverville, near Trinity lake. Very well equipped with a pool, hot tub, games, and A/C that works.

Absolutely Delightful!

This home is perfect for a family to enjoy each other's company! It is quite truly a multigenerational wonderland! Elders can stay in the downstairs master suite, while the younger folks can stay upstairs! The swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and firepit lounge, hot tub, pool and ping pong tables made it fun for everybody. Our youngest visitor was 1 year old and our oldest was 72 years old. EVERYBODY loved it! The host is generous and hospitable. He has put enormously thought into this home and created an oasis. 😀

Best Rental Experience

The host was super communicative and helpful. This place is fantastic it have everything you could want or need. When I saw the post I was worried the reality would not live up to the photos but it far exceeded them. We had such a great experience here we are already planning our return. The kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need all with high end appliances. The indoor/outdoor speaker system was a huge bonus. The outdoor living area is fantastic.

Awesome Mountain Home with Oodles of Fun Options

Our family of eight, ages 21 to 75 spent three nights at this well stocked mountain retreat. There were so many fun things to do we didn't have time for them all. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, fuze ball and air hockey. Watching the two resident deer was also special. Ben, the owner, was responsive and his information about the house was clear. Thanks, Ben!

Weaverville

The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for our one week stay. This property is full of entertainment for kids and adults--- a pool, air hockey, trampoline, ping pong table, a inside/outside music system to name a few. we would return.

WOW! What a great place.

The property and house were fantastic. Great floor plan in the house with plenty of room. The amenities in the back yard, pool, spa, fire pit, etc. we’re incredible. I will be staying at this house every time I’m in Weaverville.
