Just minutes away from local attractions. 3 King beds and 1 queen sofa-bed, 2 full baths, kitchen and living room. Outside you'll enjoy unparalleled river views and access. We also have a hot tub for your enjoyment. We include one adult and one youth kayak to enjoy a scenic cruise down the river thats just across the street. This property is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the Parkway. It is the perfect spot to be close to local attractions, but not in a high traffic area where you can unwind and enjoy scenic views. Come see what made us fall in love with this area!

We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean and exactly as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The high chair and Pack 'n Play made packing for our toddler so much easier, which we really appreciated. The scooters were an unexpected bonus that our older kids had so much fun with, and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. We would definitely stay here again and will likely return in the future!

It was great to have stayed there. It made for a memorable experience. Host was very responsive with my questions even though they had already answered them in a previous message. Right across the street from a river too.

Great location, house was comfortable, beds were comfy as well. Kiddos loved the hot tub! Proximity to the river was awesome too! Property manager was also easily reached for questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The house was very nice, but there aren’t any safety rails in the front and the side door steps to the kitchen entrance are steep steps with a wobbly rail. The hall bathroom shower doors were off set and was hard to keep them shut. This place just wasn’t my cup of tea but hey, it could be good for you. The parking was great and the living room was beautiful!!. the kitchen table was so elegant! It was quiet. It was a pretty nice area. It was very easy to find. But being in Sevierville this place was way too much money. I thought I was gonna save money but we thought it was too much money for this home. Again the home was very clean but It was not what I expected.

I was a 11 day stay and had zero issues. Lisa is very responsive if you had a question annd super nice ( some people are not) Although across from the river (so walk to get to) it was relaxing to go down and hang out. At the time we were there clear water and beautiful scenery. The house is a three bedrooms in all rooms very comfortable two regular pillows and two pillows that have memory foam those are awesome. Big kitchen table and all dishes needed to prepare food. I needed to add two days and was able to without any issues. Several games great hot tub The area is quiet so of your looking for peace it’s where to go! It’s reasonable to go anywhere from here in the area. You will not have to drive up a steep mountain road and there is plenty of parking.

We got a call the day we were arriving saying that the place had some issues and that the soonest they could get a repair person was the following morning. The new hot tub was acting up after a power surge and this was messing with some of the lights in the house.Things break. It is a bummer, but it happens.But, I very much appreciate the communication from the owner, providing me updates about repairs and providing possible alternatives to help with the situation.I was quite impressed with how fast they were able to get everything fixed and happy with how they kept us in the know with the repair plans.The place itself was as we expected from the listing, clean and in good shape. We enjoyed our stay and got to enjoy the hot tub in the end.

The house was very nice, but the shower was tiny course that’s not her fault but I had no idea that it was gonna be that tiny and I’m a big girl and I have polio so it’s hard for me to get around and the other bathroom the doors were broke and it just wasn’t my cup of tea but hey, it could be other people’s the parking was great and the living room was beautiful, but it just was little to me, but that’s OK. It was what it said. It was the only downfall I’ve got here is that she said that or whoever said that there’s canoes and stuff out there but then they give you this long list of well. If this happens, this happens this hasn’t gonna cost this much well that kind of scares you to use them but other than that, it was a good stay. It was quiet. It was a nice area. It was like right off of the main drag pretty much but being in Sevierville I was thinking that was way too much money. I thought I was gonna save money in Sevierville and it was over 900 we also had two pit fees of 150 so that’s probably pretty average. I guess for three nights and four days. I still think it was too much money but the people were very nice
