The house was very clean, and well stocked with most items needed after two days of travel. We enjoyed the roominess of both upstairs and down stairs for our party of seven.

Family ski trip

Loved the house. Great for older children or teenagers. They have their own floor. Lower level with television and giant beanbag.

Annual Spring Break Trip

Perfect property for our week in Pagosa Springs. We always cook most of our meals so the huge, well stocked kitchen made this easy. Along with the 2 full baths, it was nice having 2 half baths as well! Plenty of potties 😁. The huge bean bag downstairs was a favorite of both the kiddos and adults. I recommend this place without hesitation!

Snow day fun

Beautiful home and property! Deer and turkey greeted us almost every morning. Location is very convenient to Pagosa springs, Durango and surrounding areas. Property was stocked with more than the essentials! Not every rental has counter cleaner or supplies and we were so grateful for these things. Owner and manager are very communicative and on top of things. We look forward to staying again!

A relaxing getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property has a nice view and the floorplan is very functional. The property is close to the lakes, walking paths, and stores. Some comments point out that their is no TV on the main level. I thought this was great. If you want to watch TV, you can do that at home.

Pagosa Santa Fe style cute home

Cute home. No tv in main living room (which was a bit of a bummer…. But we worked it out). The roads are dirt so it lends to a very muddy car, and dog feet if you take your dog for a walk (if there is snow, that can clean it off), and hot water tank the first night wasn’t turned up high enough to accommodate the 6 of us well. Beautiful view, great property manager/owner and overall we enjoyed the stay. Well appointed kitchen, which was nice.

Special Place

We came to celebrate our sons birthday skiing/boarding at Wolf Creek and this home was PERFECT. We arrived at night and when I opened the window treatments that first morning I cried. Watching the sunrise in this beautiful, spacious, clean kitchen /living space was such a healing experience. Even the teenagers got up to enjoy it every morning. This home welcomed spaces for conversation and connection, unplugging, and cooking delicious meals. Being able to park in the garage was so helpful with having ski gear. The teens enjoyed bunking in the same room space. Two king beds for the adult Couples! every last detail was considered making our vacation truly magical. Thank you.

Fun stay with excellent view

Beautiful home, clean, updated, excellent view. Far enough from downtown Pagosa Springs to avoid the crazy, but minutes access to shops & restaurants. Great host.

Family trip with the grandkids

Home was very spacious plenty of room for all 7 of us. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. Disappointed that gas fireplace was listed and instructions were given on the listing as to operation but there was a sign on it that it was not working. Great kitchen with the exception ice maker was making ice but not dispensing the ice. Knobs on gas cook stove don’t work properly, probably from people not using them properly but could be a hazard. It is a lovely home, with very nice bedding and very nice & spacious bathrooms. 6 year old twin granddaughters loved the huge beanbag and large screen tv in media room. Also a pleasant surprise to find 2 bunk beds with queen beds below (picture online looks like there’s only one) Just needs a little extra caretaking on the above issues, by no means a dealbreaker would stay again for sure!

Family Vacation in Pagosa Springs

Beautiful home with gorgeous views of the mountains. The house was so well maintained with all the conveniences of home and plenty of space for all the family to gather, both inside and outside. We will return, so beautiful and relaxing.

Beautiful Spacious Home

We’ve been coming to Pagosa a couple times a summer for the past 10 years and this is by far our favorite home! (And we’ve stayed in some beautiful homes) The layout is perfect for our large family and the downstairs is perfect for game/movie night. The location is great with a short walk or drive to the nearest lake which makes it nice for a walk or some great fishing. House is beautiful and they did not spare on details while building it. We will definitely be back again!

Peaceful Mountain Escape

This place was as beautiful and peaceful as the pictures! The view from the back is breathtaking. In the mornings, you can watch hot air balloons and at dusk you may see a few deer or even turkeys. On a clear night, the stars are amazing and you can even see the Milky Way with the naked eye. The kitchen was completely stocked if you want to cook a meal. There are also restaurants nearby and a grocery store in case you need to restock. The neighborhood was very friendly....all of the neighbors wave as you pass by, and one even went on a walk with us filling us in the history of the homes. This place was peaceful and a great getaway to recharge for our family. The owner made everything easy to book and check in. We would absolutely book this property again!

Awesome place just on the outside of town! Especially enjoyed the wild turkeys and deer roaming around the front and back yard. Really nice path off the back to the reservoir

Easy access. Great views. Close to everything, including Medical Center/Emergency Room, grocery stores, gas, restaurants. Wonderful neighborhood walk paths and trails. The turkeys are a nice treat to watch. Everything you need is there!

Perfect for our family!

This house was a perfect 10! Beautiful interior with very comfortable furniture. Well appointed kitchen with all the supplies we needed. Especially loved the TV room downstairs. Lots of nice touches like wall hooks where you need them. Gorgeous views and quiet location. We loved our stay!

Relaxation in Pagosa Springs

Perfect Vrbo

What a great place. This was the best equipped house I have ever rented and I stay in 10-12 vrbo’s a year. If you needed something it was probably in the house somewhere. Great views and a quiet neighborhood. The house had been remodeled and felt like a new construction. Deer and turkey were in the yard daily. Hummingbirds galore on the upper porch. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay in Pagosa Springs. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The back deck has amazing views. We saw deer, Turkey and lots of birds from our porch. The home was perfect for our group of 7. The kids loved the bunk room and downstairs game room. Would definitely recommend! We will book again.
