House in Paros, Greece, near the beach, sleeps 10

We are renting out our house on Paros, the most central island and one of the best-connected in the Cyclades archipelago (Greece). Our house is located in the eastern part of Paros (across from Naxos), one of the most unspoiled and best-preserved areas of the island. It sits amidst olive groves and vineyards, in a rural area, just a stone’s throw from Molos Beach.
This former farmhouse, renovated in the purest modern Greek style, sits on a 3,500 m² lot filled with olive trees, fruit trees, and numerous endemic plants. For an aperitif, a “boulodrome” promises fun games of pétanque (ouzo and boules provided).
The house is a large Greek “longère,” featuring simple, modern architecture. Entirely on one level, it offers 3 spacious, private bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a large indoor living area (living room, kitchen, and a fourth bedroom), an outdoor living area (with two pergolas and a permanent outdoor table made of Paros marble), and a huge rooftop terrace with a 360-degree view of the vineyards, olive groves, Naxos, and the sea.
The house is equipped with all modern amenities (air conditioning in every room, washing machine and dishwasher, speaker system, one indoor refrigerator and two outdoor refrigerators, a plancha grill), and a 4G router for Wi-Fi.

- The 3 suites: the dark blue master suite #1 (25 m²) – the green suite #2 (25 m²) – the yellow suite #3 (15 m²), each featuring a walk-in closet, air conditioning, a fan, and a bathroom/toilet. They all overlook the garden and olive trees and open onto the shared terrace
The “children’s” room has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) with a bathroom, fan, and walk-in closet.

We can provide our guests with 2 inflatable paddleboards, an inflatable canoe, snorkeling gear, and 4 hybrid bikes.

Important:
1. Since the pool is unsupervised, guests are responsible for the safety of minors using the premises. A technician comes by 2 to 3 times a week to maintain it.
2. Since the villa is located in the agricultural part of the island, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, access is via an unpaved road (2 km long) lined with reeds. We recommend not driving a car that’s too large (a small 4x4 is advised) and enjoying country life with all its joys and challenges (farm work, sounds of various animals).
