Severe leaks

The leaks on Friday were so bad we had to sit outside under the pavilion for hours. There were leaks in 2 of the 3 villas. Maintenance came and helped the situation but when we returned in the evening there was still leaking and some of our belongings got wet. I reached out for partial compensation but haven’t heard back.

Ideal group vacation

We had the benefit of staying here for a bachelor party. We had the entire building, backyard was amazing. A lot of space to relax and hang out. Close enough to the beach and night life. 10/10

Family Holiday

The extended family of Grandma, 3 children and their spouses, 8 grandchildren with 4 spouses/boyfriends, all adults, stayed for a holiday vacation. Great location, minutes from the main town of eateries, casinos and night life. All 19 adults stayed comfortably, most couples in their own rooms. Owner was quick to respond to all inquiries and did not disappoint! The only negative was a few stray/unleashed dogs roamed the streets so some were afraid to walk about the neighborhood. Otherwise quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and spacious house

The house is perfect for large groups!!! My group was a group of 15 and there was so much space it was a group of all women and we had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor space is just a dream beautiful pool and seating areas and even a soccer play area. The roof deck was beautiful and we had dinner there one night and it was just so pretty and peaceful. Our stay was amazing and Alex and Ana were so responsive and answered any question or concern we had before and during our stay. We were given a lot of information by the concierge Alicia she provided us with every excursion Aruba had to offer and more we picked De Palm Island and Octopus Aruba and we are so glad we did. You do need transportation to get around but everything is pretty close by. I would highly recommend this house you won’t regret it.

Dream Vacation & Unforgettable Experience!

PERFECT! PERFECT! PERFECT! This was the perfect location for our vacation! We were a large group of three families/friends it was perfect because we could share time when we wished but also had the privacy of having our own space. The palapa is perfect for the evening dining (we were 22) and all fit for dinner in one space! It is only a 3 minute drive to Eagle Beach or Palm Beach. Alicia the Activities Specialist booked our tours, shuttles, and got us in touch with Chef Ruben that made an unforgettable dinner for the evening we celebrated a birthday! This place is Amazing I highly recommend it. Alex, Ana, and Remco are an amazing team they super attentive and I will book with them for sure in the future!

Good for Independent Groups

We booked this property for our bridal party for our wedding on the island. It was a wonderful property and the backyard was our selling point. We can’t say enough good things about the outside space. The spacious living room in Condo 1 worked well for getting ready in on our wedding day. There were tons of bedrooms. Most were also very spacious. A handful were smaller. There were comfy beds and a lot of them. There were 2-3 bathrooms in each condo however many of them were in the room itself or “shared” doors. With our group size it started to feel crowded. Our stay was not bad and our hosts were great (never met them). I do want to share that. All of our friends who had working cell phones or rental cars could walk around and made the most of the place. Our older friends had more trouble and didn’t like being unable to wander off the property with nothing to do. Nothing is really walking distance of the property (you’re in a neighborhood). Things to consider before you book this property: It’s not close to the beach - you will need a car to get there and it’s not close to many of the exciting parts of Palm Beach. We did a lot of back and forth shuttles with our 2 rental cars. This got annoying. Cabs could easily find this place though. If you want to go to the beach keep in mind hotel guests get most of the shaded papayas - and the public ones are hard to find. This was a pain point for us so much we had to “crash” the beach at our friends hotels. It is close to the Super Food and providing for the house was easy. We used the kitchens a lot. It was nice for sharing meals. Check in is at 4 - we tried contact the host to get a early check in - even offered to pay a fee. We asked months in advance and we asked days leading up to it (as requested). Despite the property not having a booking prior to us, we were unable to get a clear early check in time. We were able to get in at 3pm (1hr prior) and we’re grateful for that but it was stressful with everything going on….if you do the same as us just book it another day early and don’t rely on getting in early. An early check in would’ve gone a long way with us. This property has no check out instructions - which for a vacation home was nice - we didn’t need to linens, towels or dishes - we could just leave. Which was a huge plus. We’ve been to aruba trip 3 times prior I would rec the hotels over vacation houses - it was just so much harder to get around.

excellent house for larger group

property well maintained. perfect for larger groups. house keeping was really good. however, property advertised as 9 bedroom place but in actuality was 3 separate condos.

Perfect for large groups

The 3 condo property was a perfect place for a large group. The separate kitchens and living room areas were a perfect place to get away when we needed some privacy. The rooms were nice and clean!

Girls Trip Oasis

The house and the outdoor space were amazing!! Having 7 bathrooms for 10 women was absolutely critical and made getting ready to go do outings so easy. Despite the separation of the spaces, we never felt “apart.” Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was our hangout space and we enjoyed grilling and relaxing outside, it was so peaceful. We were no more than 20 minutes from any of our destinations, with Eagle and Palm beaches super close. There’s also a pretty large supermarket nearby, which made it easy for us to load up on snacks. Alex was great and super responsive to all our questions. Overall, a great trip and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
