Located in the peaceful seaside resort of Pentrez in the bay of Douarnenez and at the entrance to the Crozon Peninsula, LONK AEL is a large house with sea view that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Facing west, it allows you to admire beautiful sunsets.
A 4-minute walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the bay of Douarnenez, it is the ideal place to spend good times with family or friends.
Many seaside activities are available on site and nearby: swimming, sand yachting, kite surfing, windsurfing, kite flying, longe côte, surfing, bodyboarding.
Hikers, walkers or mountain bikers will enjoy a direct departure for the magnificent walks on the customs path (GR 34) or around the Ménez Hom (GR 37). This highest point (330 m), the westernmost peak of the Black Mountains, is the ideal place for paragliding, hang-gliding and model aeronautics.
Finally, art and history lovers will be able to discover the rich religious heritage of Porzay (Saint Côme chapel accessible on foot).
In summer, many activities take place along the beach and swimming is supervised.
The house has just been refurbished and equipped with new equipment (bedding and appliances). The spaces are spread over 3 levels:
-on the first floor there is a bedroom (160x200 sofa bed), laundry room and garage (with ping pong table, table football and board games).
-On the first floor are the living room of 45 m² with sea view and the separate kitchen.
-On the second floor there are three bedrooms (bedroom 1 sea view: 1 bed 160x200-bedroom 2 sea view: 1 bed 160x200- bedroom 3; 1 bed 140x200 and 2 bunk beds 90x200) and a bathroom.
-Between the first and second level is a bathroom with walk-in shower.
