The location of this town home is so conveniently located to the most popular spots in town! There is so much to offer in this area. Very spacious, beautiful views, fully stocked kitchen, what more could you need? There is a fabulous pool if you tire of the crashing waves and sugar white sandy beaches! Some of the finest seafood dining is within walking distance of this property. This Fully Furnished spacious unit has NICE GULF VIEWS!! Gulfside Townhomes is a Low Density Complex, has a great Outdoor Swimming Pool and on the BEACH!

This condo has two levels. The first level has the living room with balcony, dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom for your convenience. Walk upstairs to find the master bedroom with a king bed, balcony and master bathroom. As you go down the hall you will see a set of bunks at the end of the hallway outside of the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. Parking is located underneath the building.

This unit is well cared for: HVAC only 2 years old; Fresh Paint under the home & in the Bedrooms; New King, Queen & Bunk Beds; and New Exterior Lights. This unit has Easy Access to the BEACH and a Ground Level Storage Room to hold all of your Beach items. The complex is located just over 1/2 a mile west of the Hangout.

Perfect vacation home

Our stay here was very nice. The place is nice and clean. Has all kitchen supplies. AC was nice and cold. Bunk beds were perfect for the children. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer was a plus. Shower head could be better, pressure of water was not powerful. Nothing negative to say about what was offered. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. A ramp to get to the beach would be nice. Other than that, we will be back and will stay here again.

Great Location, Great Pool, Poor Maintenance

The beach proximity and pool were perfect. Appliances were all in good order. There were many very small maintenance issues. No single issue was a major problem but combined they definitely detracted from our stay. Clogged powder room sink Sliding glass doors so stuck so that our kids couldn't use them Burnt out light bulbs Poor air circulation with very dirty filter in main air return Varnish on kitchen table is degrading, leaving the table permanently sticky

First time in Gulf Shores

Great location, great accommodations! This VRBO is close to the beach, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, has pool access, parking with shade and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Family vacay

We loved the location of the rental. Right by the main area of shops and food, and right off the beach. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch and hear the waves rolling in. Loved having the option of the pool as well. The balcony furniture made it difficult to be comfortable while sitting outside. Too bulky for the area. Would’ve like to had a neater area for the carport and chair storage. Everything was just thrown around. Curtain was broke covering the bunk beds, no big deal. Bunks were not cleaned very well and had previous tenants belongings left between mattress. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Weekend getaway

The property was excellent. Very neat and clean. Plenty of places to sleep, stocked kitchen, bunk beds were perfect for our toddlers and it was just steps from the beach! The beach was not over crowded and was very relaxing. Will be coming back next year.

Needs some maintenance

The property was clean and was “beachfront” but the description was a little misleading. The property runs perpendicular to the beach so you only have a partial view of the beach. The property is older and needs some maintenance. Small things like a leak in the second floor ceiling that dripped water in the bathroom and hall. Paper holder falling off the wall, etc. The turn to park is right at an intersection so I often felt like I had to pass the property and make a u-turn or hold up traffic to turn where needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Would not be good for someone who can’t climb stairs with ease though because there are many stairs just to get to the front door and even more to get to a bedroom. We were comfortable for our short stay but I’ll likely choose a different property for our next trip.

Updated and Comfortable Beach Townhome

The extra bunk bed in the hallway was a wonderful addition so our children could have their own space at night. The location of the townhouse is perfect. Close to everything.

Beautiful, peaceful getaway

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Located on the beach, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, my family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The host kept in communication and was very gracious. We highly recommend!

Nice, but ….

Very conveniently located to all major attractions, including direct access to the beach. Parking is included. Overall, the unit is nicely renovated and decorated. adequate seating, and including full-sizes dining table + bar seating. Upstairs bathrooms could seriously use some updates…. I assume the owners are working towards this because other spaces w/in the unit have been updated thus far. The outdated fixtures and crevices of shower door are just caked it years old dirt/ goop). Which brings me to the topic of cleaning fee…. this place looked clean, but didn’t feel clean. Ie) our Master sheets were stained, unit has an odor, maybe due to age. Also, wifi is pretty much non-existent.

Gulf side townhomes never disappoints

Great condo with excellent location. You can walk back and forth from the pool and beach in seconds! This is our second year staying at gulfside townhomes and won’t be our last!

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay. Clean. We did have a leak in the ceiling that had to be repaired. I just don’t understand why there is a cleaning fee when we had to a lot of cleaning our selves

Excellent location and cleanliness. Difficult to turn left across traffic to parking lot since immediately after signal light. No fault of owner. No bare essentials provided at all. Suggestions would be: 2-3 garbage bags Salt and pepper Dish soap Dishwasher soap
