Our stay was enjoyable. The condo was super spacious. Check in and out was simple. When we had an issue the rental company answered every time we called. We would stay at this rental again.

I love the Gulfside Townhomes and this unit is perfect! Spacious, clean & well-stocked with necessities to make one comfortable. AC works great! All the beach items come on so handy! Close to the beach & the pool is perfect!

This was a very disappointing stay. For the amount we paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained condo, but that was not the experience we had.The condo only had four towels provided, which meant we had to wash towels every day just to have clean ones available. Having to do laundry daily while on vacation is not something guests should have to worry about.The ice maker did not work at all during our stay, which was a major inconvenience. The door lock also had dead batteries, causing issues when trying to access the unit and creating unnecessary frustration.The dryer was extremely inefficient and required multiple cycles to get anything dry, including towels. This wasted a significant amount of time and made the limited towel situation even worse.The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The floors were absolutely filthy. Within minutes of walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt. It was obvious the floors had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.Overall, the condo was poorly maintained, not adequately stocked, and not cleaned to an acceptable standard. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others until these issues are addressed.

We never received our second parking pass from property manager. But other than that it was perfect!

Wonderful 1st time in Gulf Shores!

We had so much fun in Gulf Shores! This location was perfect. We had 7 families all staying in the Gulfside Townhomes and it was nice to meet at the beach and the pool. Our unit had most everything we needed except storage for our non-perishable items but we were able to make due with the space we had. Could use a few more updates and maybe a wagon to take stuff to the beach but overall we were happy with our stay and would stay there again. Thank you!

Wonderful

My family and I had a weekend stay for my daughter’s wedding. Everything was great. I do wish there had been some explanation about all the stairs to climb. My mother cannot climb stairs really well so it was very difficult for her. Other than that, it was wonderful!

The property was very nice. It was close to the beach this morning. Pool was kept clean and I was impressed. The only issue I had was I was charged for parking, but I did not even have a car to park. I informed them of this and was hoping for a response to my request for a refund. I don’t like getting charged for something I did not want or need. I flew in to the airport obviously and I took an Uber back-and-forth. I just don’t think you should have to pay for parking when you don’t have anything to park. It’s the principle of the situation and the fact that they were supposed to check into it and I have yet to hear back from them. Kind of upsets me.

Location great- VACASA not so much

Upon arrival, the lockbox was on the ground and no key. We had to wait outside of the condo on hold for over an hour with vacasa. They sent someone to replace a shower head with zero notice which is not really normally a problem but our baby was sleeping and the guy was annoyed that we we wouldn’t let him in anyway. The property was also not very clean. The main level tile was grimy with a weird slippery film. It felt gross to walk on. The glass dining table had some sort of grey ish film that felt pretty gross to touch. In the current health climate, it was pretty strange for it to not be immaculately clean. The dishwasher was also full upon arrival. This is the 2nd time we booked a vacasa rental through VRBO. Both times have not been great unfortunately.
