Jacksonville Beach is FULL of Unique shops, restaurants, and activities! This Beachside Condo is located in a gated community with private Beach access! Literally walk outside your back door and walk straight on to the Beach! Our community is gated as well.

Everything you could want to do is within walking distance! Also, bikes, scooters, and other recreational beach needs are available for rental. Jacksonville Beach offers free "beach buggy" rides around the area. Uber and Lift are another popular option.

April 25 visit

Good visit, location and Beach were 10’s. Complex itself is dated, but the owners of this unit have put a lot of effect to upgrade their interior, so much appreciated. Ideal for 2 people, but too small for 2. Good visit overall.

Great Condo at the Beach

Cute condo at the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. The appliances were a bit dated, but everything worked well enough for our one week stay. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

What a great spot to listen and enjoy the ocean view! They had what was advertised. There is stairs to walk up, if thats an issue. We had a great syay!

Wonderful condo in great location

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It’s close to the pier and restaurants. It’s a charming, cozy studio condo, perfect for a couple It’s gated and is directly on the beach. There’s a path to the beach but there’s a public walkway also. The owners are very attentive. Gary was quick to respond and took care of a small issue for us. He was great. We love this part of Jax beach. We hope to stay there again. Wish we were still there!

Perfect beach location

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Has everything you need and you cant beat the 2nd floor ocean views and access to the beach just a short walk over a sand dune.

Couples Retreat

Beautiful view, beach access, quiet

The location and view are amazing! Easy access to a gorgeous beach. The bed was very comfortable. The condo could use some updating though as well as a deep clean.

Excellent Beachfront Condo!

Excellent location! Steps away from the beach! Clean and comfortable! My gf and I were busy all day but it was great come home to a clean place with excellent views and sounds of the ocean. Would stay again!

Great Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this adorable studio directly on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfy! We enjoyed drinking coffee every morning on the back deck looking at the ocean. The owners are great to work with and very responsive!

Great Place to Stay, Outstanding Hosts

Unit was very very clean and had everything you would expect. Nicely appointed and hosts were super to deal with. Great location, walking distance to lots. Hosts have several units in this complex, we had a 2nd floor unit with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. 2nd stay here, will be back!

Review

The location was phenomenal. The pool area was nice and the beachfront access was good. The unit itself was an older unit which I don’t mind at all, it’s actually what you expect in Jax Beach. The place could have been cleaner though. Location was great.

Oceanfront relaxation haven

This was our 2nd stay here. It's comfortable and we can see the ocean from the bistro dining table, sofa, or deck chairs by the door. The space is not big, but we love it and hope to stay here again. The condo and the neighborhood are quiet, and there are many casual eat in/outside/take out options within walking distance.

Hosts provide Roku TV with YouTube TV for local channels

HOA does NOT allow pets on the property at all. There are no exceptions.
