-Spacious shower with two shower heads. Very clean and comfortable. Condo is on the second floor with balcony facing the North pool.
-Fully stocked kitchen; air fryer, Keurig, electric skillet, rice cooker, crockpot. Washer and dryer.
-Quiet, family oriented Condos on the west end of Panama City Beach. - 2 miles from Pier Park Shopping Mall.
-13 minute drive to Scenic 30A -4 minute drive to Winn Dixie, 9 minute drive to Aldi and Publix, The Fresh Market (premade meal options) -7 minute drive to Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. - NO PETS and NO SMOKING in condo

Our stay here was great!! It was a nice little community with a nice pool. The condo was clean and right across from the beach! The only thing I could say that wasn’t positive about this stay was there were no beach towels. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which were super helpful. Overall we loved it here.

Host was great, got to check in super early. Great place to stay, dual showers a must. Very beautiful and clean. No downside, but having to leave. The patio glass door slides real good, so no hassle. Beach chairs were in unit on patio.

This is the 2nd time I’ve rented with Viviana. Great both times. The only thing I’d really like to mention that needs attention is the WiFi. This time it wasn’t even enough to watch TV in the later evenings (streaming). We will be back!

Lovely place to stay

We love the location of the property! It was a great place for our family of 4. The decor was cute. The 2 pools and hot tubs were awesome and the beach is so close.

The location was great, near the beach, stores. We came for Seabreeze, we was about 5 minutes away. Great place to stay, very quiet , safe.

My husband and I live in Northwest Georgia. We’ve been married 31 years and have 4 kids that love Panama City Beach. Now as adults they enjoy the condo and PCB with their family. We love to travel and spend time with family and friends. We specially love the Gulf’s white sandy beaches and sunsets. Since we purchased our condo we've consistently worked on it to make it our own making sure it is beautiful, comfortable and clean. We love that we can share it with other families. It's been a Blessing.

We bought this condo because we wanted to invest in a vacation property that we could drive to. This condo was the closest to our home and located at the most Beautiful Beach for our family. We have four kids and after years of traveling to Panama City Beach they still enjoy and value our second home and the Beauty of the Gulf. We hope you enjoy our second home and the Beach as much as we do.

The Benefits of this condo for us:

- We can walk to the Beach and we don't have a high rise directly in front of us.

- No overcrowding at the Beach.

- We are only two miles from Pier Park Shopping Mall and Restaurants.

- 1 mile away from Winn Dixie grocery store and half a mile away from Alvin's Island
Souvenir Store.

- Only a 19 minute drive from the Northwest Florida Beaches Airport.

- Quiet Condominium community.

- Two pools for Condominiums and a hot tub. Restrooms inside the Community Club
House.

-Washer and dryer.

- 9 minute drive to Runaway Island Restaurant on the beach.

-17 minute drive to Barefoot on the Beach Bar and Grill.

-27 minutes away from St. Andrew's State Park. We love the sunsets there, because you can also see the dolphins swimming just beyond the Jetty rocks.

-12 minute drive to Rosemary Beach, 30A beach towns, and Big Bad Breakfast Restaurant.
