Property was good and the condo was nice with great views of the Gulf. Heated pool felt good on my old back. White socks turned black from the floor in the condo, wore slippers after that. Bed was very comfortable. May stay here again.

Great vacation getaway for me and my wife. Nice unit with everything we needed. We love this location at the Sunbird, and walked to Pineapple Willy's for lunch, and it's convenient to everything with easy access. Will definitely keep this one in mind for future stays!!

Great condo directly on the beach - it's spacious and close to everything you'd need for a stay in PCB. We found the nightly rates to be very competitive and enjoyed a nice, long fall weekend with the family in PCB.

the condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything we needed for a perfect week. There are several restaurants within walking distance. And the beach was beautiful and not crowded at all in mid October. The owner was great. Easy communication and check in process.

This unit was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of room. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The king size bed is amazing. As someone with back problems it was nice to wake up without a backache. Communications with the host were easy. My concerns based on some previous reviews were answered quickly and with resolution. The property itself was great. Check in was less than 5 minutes.We loved that it wasn't busy. We never had to wait on an elevator. The pools were very nice. We loved the fact that there were no stairs to the beach just a ramp which made it a lot easier to get all the beach gear down.

This was a great location to get around easily in Pcb. The only issues we had were faulty AC unit that fixed easily with a breaker switch. We did this each day of our stay. The condo was clean aside from small amounts of sand on the floor. The biggest thing we found was that parking and wristbands are not included in the stay. So add an additional 30 for parking pass and 6/wristband for each person staying with you in the condo. Our host said this was on the website, but I could not find it in VRBO so I am leaving it here to help any future guest out! Overall we enjoyed our stay and Elizabeth was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay. The unit was excellent. The layout was very spacious and Elizabeth was great. Will probably request this unit again. Would highly recommend it.
The views were excellent. Breakfast and lunch on the balcony daily.

When we arrived the owner was still cleaning the condo. That was not an issue, the issue was the floors were still so gross that within an hr of letting my dsughter down, whos crawling, her feet and legs were black. I had to ask her to come mop with a mop and bucket. Her daughter came and mopped, which i appriciated, but a profesional cleaning crew is MOST needed! Dusting had not been done in quite a while either. We had no dish towels or hand towels to use in the kitchen and had to go buy more trash bags and paper towels. The air conditioning was not working properly, not the owners fault but the buildings. I would def come back to PCP, but would choose a different condo next time. Cleanliness is major for me.

This property is amazing! I loved the interior decor and the way the floorplan was designed It was a very calming space to retreat each day after a long day on the beach or on the strip.The balcony view at this property is 10/10! The host, Ms. Harris is a beautiful soul! She was always available to help if needed and I appreciate that with a host. This is my 3rd stay at the Sunbird and can honestly say best condo we have experienced I would have given the review all 5 stars but parking is limited and we were only allowed to park 1 vehicle on the property. I ended up having to park one of my vehicles at a pay to park which was an added an extra expense to my budget. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ms Harris's condo and would recommend it to everyone!

Stay could have been better

Uncomfortable stay due to ongoing AC issues. Host responded late and offered only temporary fixes. We had to reset the breaker and buy a fan just to manage. Home wasn’t very clean. Host eventually offered an extra night stay. Vrbo offered no real help despite multiple calls. Very disappointed — won’t be booking through Vrbo again.

So when we first arrived at the property the security guard made us park then walk back out to him to get our parking pass and bracelets and didn’t really tell us anything we find our room and noticed it was warm inside but didn’t think much about it we was too excited to go to the beach! The place was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed! When we went out to the beach we noticed we was not informed of needing a code to get to the beach and back to the condo.. A guest that was also staying at the resort was kind enough to help us out and tell us the code. After spending time on the beach and grabbing something to eat we noticed the AC was not working properly it was set to 72 and it was 80 in the room. I contacted the host and she was nice enough to go get a portable HVAC system which helped out over all the stay was great I just wish communication was a little better on codes

Our complex was beautiful and the security there werent jerks like the ones at other resorts it was quiet and there were no lines to get in elevators had zero problems amd definitely will return with my children next time!

With Pineapple Willy's right next door and front beach roach less than a half a mile; there's nothing that isn't within walking distance. St. Andrews park is just around the corner and for rainy days, Pier Park is just a few miles up the road. For serious shoppers, incredible deals are only an hour away at the Destin Commons. Or, step back in time by traveling up to Mexico Beach for the day. With so much to do and so much beauty to take in, this was the perfect property and location.
