New house located 150 meters from La Source Beach and the Thalasso spa

A new, modern house classified as a 3-star vacation rental, offering all the comforts you need for a pleasant week in Pornic. Everything is within walking distance: head to the beach, enjoy beautiful walks along the Customs Officers’ Trail, go shopping, or dine at the restaurants in the city center. You can easily park two cars in our private outdoor parking lot (with a locked gate).
The house features a large living area with an open, modern kitchen (all appliances are new), four bedrooms—three of which have a small desk if you’d like to work remotely—two shower rooms (one with a walk-in shower), and separate restrooms. You also have access to a small laundry room with a washing machine and iron.
The house also features a large terrace off the living room that’s bathed in morning light. We also provide toys (beach toys, indoor toys, and board games) and magazines for the children. A television and a DVD player with DVDs for children and adults are at your disposal. You’ll have access to the entire house except for the garage.
Sheets are provided, as are bath towels; the beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort. Basic toiletries are available for your use.
