Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young children (baby 2 years old max).
It is composed of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, closed terrace, not overlooked. Wifi Internet available in the accommodation.

"Land and sea 1" (we have 2 almost identical dwellings side by side but not overlooked, each representing about 40 m2).

Thus, we offer you a small part of our property nestled in the middle of the land on 8 hectares, 700 meters from the sea: a bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchen (excluding dishwasher and washing machine), a sofa, terrace closed by walls with garden furniture and parking. Calm and relaxation guaranteed!


. The + POSSIBILITY OF WELCOMING YOUR HORSE IN OUR MEADOWS NEXT TO THE HOUSE (to be defined together according to a small daily fee)

. Ideal starting point for beautiful walks (cycle paths nearby) and for fishing enthusiasts.

. Sheets, towels and dish towels provided (except beach towels), as well as basic necessities and household products.

. We do not take a cleaning fee in addition, so we ask you to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the condition in which you found it.

. We accept your pet (on prior request), for a flat rate of 30 €/stay.

. Deposit requested upon entry into the premises: €400, not cashed, returned on your departure, if no disorder has been noted.
IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS NOT RETURNED AS IS, REQUIRING A CLEANING INTERVENTION, A DEDUCTION OF €50 ON THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED.
