A beautiful shaded waterfront home that can sleep up to six guests IN BEDS/ 5 available sleep recliner options in living area. Located on Lake Palestine. 114 feet of waterfront leaves plenty of room for fun. Clean rock wall with stone steps down to the water. Enjoy fishing on the pier or bring your boat and adventure out to all Lake Palestine has to offer. Watch out for stumps on the lake in your boat!

Amazing waterfront for swimming. It’s like having a big pool… Sandy smooth bottom and amazing cold pockets of water keep you cool during the hot days. The house has three bedrooms and two baths, One BR has king and queens are in other 2 guest bedrooms. Reclining sofa and loveseat. Patio furniture on the deck for relaxing, gas grill, charcoal grill, water floats, towels, sheets, kitchen fully stocked.
Just bring yourself and prepare to relax!

Located right off Highway 155 in Coffee City, Tx. Tyler only 16 miles and boasts a zoo, shopping, amusement, park, skating rink, several movie theaters, any and all restaurants and bars.

Enjoy access to The Villages Resort amenities:
* Full service marina with restaurant, souvenirs, bait, and fuel. Office rentals of pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boats.
*Waterpark Access- Enjoy 25,000 ft.² of indoor water fun (separate tickets for purchase through The Holiday Inn Villages Resort).

***PETS- $60 pet fee. We do allow pets (max is 2 and small breeds preferred) , PLEASE be respectful and sanitary by dutifully picking up your dogs accidents and disposing of them in the trash cans provided outside. Thank you- please help us with this for everyone’s sake. ***We do have security cameras so please be honest and pay the pet deposit up front if you plan on bringing your pets. Otherwise, we will send a pet deposit request if we see that you brought dogs without paying the pet fee. Thank you for your understanding.

We had the most amazing time at Cottage Getaway. Great views, wonderful amenities, and very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen and grills, made it perfect for eating in. Even the neighbor was very friends, she gave great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. Would highly recommend this lovely house for a lake getaway!

It was amazing, we had everything we needed and location was perfect. Very nice setup, comfortable and clean. The best part was they allowed dogs and even had pooper scoopers which was a plus. Check-in was flawless, we enjoyed the marina as they had music on Friday and Saturday nights, they had games, fans in each of the rooms, TV set up, everything was great. We didnt have life jackets available so we did not use they kayaks so if you want to use those maybe bring your own. Host had notes everywhere which was super helpful, one note is when sun is on the back deck it is HOT and I mean scalding hot, the dogs were high stepping it, it burned their pads so keep that in mind to wear footwear when its like that. Host was quick to reply

A great get away!

Just the break we all needed!!

The cottage had everything we needed and more, and it was just the break we needed from our hectic summer schedule. We especially enjoyed the kayaks!! Thanks so much for providing such a great place for us to getaway on the lake.

Peaceful getaway

Great little getaway

This was a great little lake getaway for our family of five and are little black lab. The uard was great and the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock.The only negative was that I wish we had nrouhht of kindle firestick for the evemings, since the cable channels were limited. Otherwise it was a near perfect stay!

Great little house with wonderful view of the lake

Well appointed home on the lake with a beautiful back yard and lake access. Everything worked as it should and the property is in really good shape. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy though. Lots of abandoned and rough looking trailers/houses. Overall good for a quick stay.

We have visited this property several times and it is consistently great in all aspects. The owners are very communicative in assisting the customer. The property is immaculately clean. The owner always makes us feel right at home.

Fireplace not useable, gas grill broken, half of patio lights burned out, no light in carport for seeing at night, hazardous broken steps cement walkway.

Loved the lake view

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay. This is a vrbo done right! Awesome property. House was very clean, comfortable beds, and had everything one would need while on the lake. Enjoyed the kayaks! Very happy you allowed pets-our pup enjoyed the large fenced yard. Only negative was mosquitos prevented night gathering on porch. Only ammenity needed was luggage rack; but we handled it OK. We will definitely consider coming back.

4th of July Weekend

Stayed over the long 4th of July weekend and loved this lake house! The location is conveniently located near the grocery store and other amenities but still provides a feel of seclusion. The house is in a quiet bay with a big fenced backyard which was great for the dog and activities. We highly recommend for family getaways - host was very accommodating and the house was kid friendly.

Lakehouse

Very nice property located on a beautiful bay with vistas of the lake. The owners have anticipated every need of the customer and were easy to communicate with. The house was very clean.

Ring out the Old and Ring in the New Year

What a fantastic place to rejuvenate your spirit and soul. If you want an exceptional place to relax this is the place to gather yourself and others. Absolutely stunning views of the lake, with a wonderful home full of cozy comfortable furnishings to enjoy. We couldn't have picked a better place to ring in the New Year. Now our house is a cheerful vibrant green with beautiful yellow doors!! Not all property pics are updated yet with the green photos, but I wanted to leave some of the photos up with the old color so that you still were able to see what our place looks like in the property.
