• Everything you need to prepare meals for up to four guests is provided.
• Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area featuring a cute breakfast nook!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
• Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed.
• The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
• A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is stocked with fresh linens and starter
toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).
OUTDOOR SPACE:
• Enjoy your coffee on the private deck.
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit during their stay.
• Private Space: The whole 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is yours to enjoy.
• Contactless Check-In: Seamlessly access the property using the smart lock.
• Parking: Two dedicated parking spots (marked #100) are provided for your use.
• Restricted Area: Please note that one owner's closet will be locked and is not accessible to guests and the exterior closet of the deck.

We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet and exterior closet off deck. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.

While ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available , having your own vehicle is most convenient option for getting around the city and surrounding areas. Public transportation may be limited is some parts of Fayetteville, so plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize a vehicle.

Guest Verification & Damage Protection: We partner with Know Your Guest by Truvi for guest
verification. You will have the option to choose between a non-refundable $35 damage waiver
(protecting you from up to $500 in accidental damage) or a refundable $500 security deposit (plus a $15 processing fee).
• Late Check-In: Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM. This allows us to ensure staff can
assist you if needed. Assistance may not be available until the following morning for uncoordinated
late arrivals, and no refunds will be issued.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper and laundry detergent. For
longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies from nearby stores. Please remember

• Check-Out Tasks: To help our cleaning team, we kindly ask that you place all trash in the outdoor bin,
load and start the dishwasher, and place all used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle
upon departure.
