• Bike, kayaks, toys, beach chairs and more fill the garage for your use! There are four kayaks with life jackets and paddles and bicycles with helmets for your use.
• Enjoy the expansive decks, one at the water’s edge, with beautiful Adirondack chairs. The decks can be accessed from the Sunroom and Master Bedroom Suite.
• Enjoy BBQing with the grill or perhaps using the outdoor lobster pot, or even pack the beach wagon for an outdoor adventure – all included for your enjoyment!
Inside Details:
• Once inside the front door, enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, 25’ vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking directly out at the ocean in the backyard.
• The fully stocked kitchen with plentiful counterspace offers everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.
• The sunroom offers a casual area to play games, do a puzzle, enjoy a meal, etc. all while having full ocean views.
• The large master suite has a king-size bed, SmartTV with DVD player, walk-in closet, large jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
• Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds and SmartTVs .
• The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a SmartTV and PS2.
• The spacious living area has plenty of seating where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the 50” TV and DVD player all in front of the gas fireplace!
• From all your adventures, there is a new full-size top load washer and dryer as well as a utility sink in the laundry room located in the hallway to the garage.
• The home sleeps up to nine people: 2 in the primary, 2 per each of the 3 queen beds, one per the twin daybed located in the open loft, and there is one pack n’ play for babies. There is also an air mattress for your convenience.
• The home has enough bed linens, bathroom towels and beach towels for all!
• The house is atmosphere is controlled by a geo-thermal heating/cooling system as well as an energy efficient heat/air conditioner pump for your comfort.

The home is located down a quintessential PEI gravel road. We recommend to winter and spring renters to have an all-wheel drive vehicle when visiting “just in case” during spring thaw.
