If you want to be right n the middle of the most exiting neighborhood in Naples. This is your spot. On the floating deck behind the house we have fishing, kayaking and a small beach. If you walk over to Bayshore Drive you will find, within walking distance, The Botanical Garden, plenty of restaurants, a Brewery, an organic Coffee shop, The food Truck Park and other shops. Within a 2 mile radius we have 3 exiting parks. Bayview Park, what overlooks Naples Bay. There's a public boat ramp so it's always lively with boats that are lifted in and out the water. Fisherman and woman Cleaning out their catch of the day. There are Restrooms, and Cabana's to sit and there is a small playground for kids. Next, Sugden Park, with the largest fresh water lake in Collier county. You can swim from the beach, learn to sail or water ski, or rent a sailboat. There's also a playground for the kids and several restrooms. There is a wonderful 1.5 mile trail around the lake for walkers or bikers.
Then East Naples Community park with over 50 Pickle ball courts. The international pickle ball championship is held here every year in April. There is also a smaller trail around a hidden gem of a lake.
