2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse unit located on the water with direct access to the gulf. Isles of Capri is a small quiet island off of Marco. The island features restaurants & bars within walking distance and a marina to rent boats where you can fish and travel to Keewaydin Island!
Home offers quiet space for singles, families, or couples! Spectacular views of the water can be seen from the home.
2 Double Kayaks with life jackets and paddles will be provided for use.
Small beach near the water for guests to use & kids to play in.

Great Area

Great are and local bars and restaurants, property was on the water with good fishing around. Lots of bugs inside tho.

very poorly maintained ,these pictures do not represent the place ...smellled like sewer in side , the utility closet has no doors ,exposing tools ,junk,could be dangerous for children,trash along outside of bldg, there is a dog in one unit that craps in the yard no clean up ,an tided to a tree,we where stuck couldn't afford to get another place, I would not recommend this to unit to anyone, small bath rooms one has a water heater exposed...not worth rhe 1000.00 spent at all.the host told us to flush the toilets to get rid of smell ,that didn't work. oh an thank god it didn't rain the roof has a big blue tarp on it..very disappointed in this rental.

Perfect Getaway

This was by far my favorite place to stay when visiting the area. The price was right, the hosts were awesome with communicatiin and the property is cute and relaxing. I like being away from the action of Naples and MI yet close enough to Uber in and enjoy it. I hope to come back

Sweet stay

It was a beautiful area and close to everything we did including beaches ...boat rentals... fishing charter... restaurants...outside area was very nice.....could use updating of fire pit table n seating outside.....other than that it was perfect n just like it looked in photos....there were 5 of us....would def recommend

The area is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions and offered a ton of great suggestions for the area. It should be noted that this is not a stand alone home and it could use some sprucing up compared to the photos especially the outdoor space. Our biggest complaint would be the lack of adequate a/c. There are two small window units (one in the living area and one in the master) and several fans but the home was still uncomfortably warm during the day and sometimes at night. If that was addressed, we would definitely stay again!

Excellent Isle of Capri Rental

Excellent location for Marco Island and not too far for Naples with great shopping and restaurants. Capri Fish House was across the street and great food and drinks with beautiful views of the water! Apt had everything needed for a relaxing stay!

Great house and location

This little property was great! We had a blast either going into Marco Island (which was just minutes down the road) or staying around and using the kayaks. We went to Doreen’s Cup of Joe, The Dockside Bistro and Sweet Annie’s. We will definitely use this rental again when we come back down

Great stay for families

Our famiky of 5, 3 teens, loved our stay! The property had everything we needed, beds fir everyone and 2 bathrooms with showers. We saw dolphins playing in the bay from the dock, walked across the street to eat, and it was a quick drive to Marco Island beaches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot

Absolutely loved it here. Perfect location. High tide is perfect for the dock with a boat. Marina right there for fuel. Restaurant near by is good. Everything is close.

Great location but rundown

The property is quite old, rundown. Kayaks are toast with rotted seats. It was cleanish. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Birthday trip

This little bungalow on the water is amazing! Quiet little nook on the island that's a 5 min drive to downtown Marco Island and also walking distance to excellent beachside restaurants on the Isle. LOVED our stay, any issues we ran into were immediately dealt with and didn't cause even a blip in our stay. HIGHLY recommend!

Winter Break get-away

We had an amazing week. The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, and stock with all the necessary items. Having kayaks was a huge plus! Took them out into the mangroves a few times. Isles of Capri is a beautiful, quiet little island, but still close enough to Marco Island beaches, Everglades, and fishing boat rentals. Communication with the host was excellent! They answered our questions with minutes every time we texted them. For sure a place we would love to spend another Florida vacation!

Great place and great hosts

The best part of the stay was communication with the host. The Cox’s made everything super easy. Cozy, clean and centrally located. A short walk to the Capri Fish House for lunch was nearly a daily treat. Island Gypsy was just across the bay and a wonderful happy hour hang. Looking forward to my return in 2025!!!

Isles of Capri cottage

Small, comfortable cottage. Convenient location- close to Marco Island, Naples, and The Everglades. 4 restaurants within a short walk. Kayaks available on the property with water access. Hosts very responsive. Would recommend if you are looking for a down-to-earth place that is reasonably priced and in a great location.

Property is clean but very dated. Showers are extremely small with very little room to move. Tried to take a shower one day and had no hot water. There were also bugs in the unit.

Great spot for kayak lovers

We loved having this as our home base for adventures around Naples and Marco Island. We loved to kayak or walk through the super cute neighborhood which we much preferred to Marco - just houses and a couple of restaurants with friendly people walking in the mornings. Otherwise, we were off on adventures throughout the day. The accommodations are in a simple tri-plex but it has everything you need to be comfortable after a busy day out!

nice little place

It was mostly clean, there were dead bugs in the bathroom, and ants were coming up the shower drain. They did have bug spray there to use, which was nice. The dock was nice, and we were able to cast a line off, but never caught anything. The laundry is not in the unit. There is a shared laundry area. The washer did smell funny, so we rewashed all our clothes when we got home. The master bedroom bed felt unstable. When lying down, it would creak, and you could feel it bowing in the middle. The couch was very comfortable to sit on, and the TV was a great size for the room.

Perfect location, on property neighbors were a drawback

Great location, great amenities, only flaws were extremely loud shared neighbors, a few critters inside but for florida it was expected. Host requested some laundry to be done however the machines were always full again from the neighbors.

Great property

Property was very clean on arrival. It was perfect for a few days. We didn’t use the outside space due to weather but if the weather was nice we would of definitely used it, as it looked lovely in the evenings.The only negative thing we would say is you can hear the main road in the master bedroom and we would of like an iron and ironing board.

When we first purchased this little piece of paradise it was occupied as a annual rental. We love Isles of Capri SO MUCH that we decided to turn it into a vacation rental when it became available. We are from a small town in Central Illinois and we have 3 teenage kids. We love Marco Island and Isles of Capri and we plan to become snow birds down here when are kids are out of high school!

This property just has so much character and we absolutely LOVE the location. Walk to so many restaurants, bars, the marina, and a small public beach. The setting is just so relaxing and peaceful to unwind.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

With three villas, this was one of the first properties built on Isles of Capri in the 1950's. Great place to unwind from all the hustle and bustle. Capri is so quiet and peaceful. Everyone is so friendly on the island, you won't know a stranger!
We also have one of the best fishing spots on the island!!!
