Just let us know and we will get you a great deal for both upper and lower levels. Also NOTE: WE DO NOT DOUBLE RENT this area so if you rent the main home we will keep the lower level vacant. Enjoy dolphins, manatee, and exotic bird life right outside your door. Close to major shopping centers. This house is situated on a quiet residential street with the back view facing a beautiful water canal directly off the south channel to the gulf of mexico, a short 10 minute ride. Your backyard also includes a gorgeous pool and spa surrounded by a travertine deck with composite decking down to a private dock for your boat or kayak. (we provide the kayaks) (there are local rental for boats nearby). There is a screen room steps away from the pool that has a lounging and sitting area. This lovely property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with kitchen, dining, and living room. There is a gorgeous florida room that has lovely views of the back yard area. The plantation blinds throughout the home really give this place the Florida Vibe!! The grand appearance of the cathedral ceilings in the living room really make you feel the airy and open space of the home, along with a large flat screen TV. The florida room also hosts a separate flat screen TV, along with a comfy place to sit while gazing over the water views. The master bedroom equipped with a flat screen TV, and a king size bed has a beautiful walkin shower and closet. Along with the toilet it also has a buday and urinal. There is an additional office/study room off the master bedroom that has a fold out couch for extra visitors or just a quiet place to hang out. The two other bedrooms and bathroom are located at the other end of the house. Bedroom two is equipped with king size bed, along with a private slider door out to the back deck. And bedroom three has two twin beds. The home has bamboo flooring throughout with tile in the kitchen, baths, and florida room. The kitchen has a sky light at it's center surrounded by lovely cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a butcher block, and of course the wine cooler. The pool has seating within so when your taking a dip and want to sit and have your beverage you can. Also seating in the spa pool too. Relax and listen to the waterfall from the spa area to the pool. Ahhh...feel the calm. There is also a pool heater available for the colder months. Please mention you need the heater so we can turn it on for your arrival. A Note: The pool and spa are heated together and they cannot be set to heat separately. This is not a hot tub situation as the temp of the spa will be same as temp in the pool. (Please note there is an additional charge of $250.00/week for this amenity.) And for you water enthusiasts we have two kayaks available for your use. Travel around the canals or out to the gulf for some fishing or just enjoy the water life and the many varieties of fish and birds that you'll pass by.

New Port Richey is a quaint town with a downtown area about 3 miles to the north of your home's location. Gulf Harbors is the waterfront community that we are located in. There is a shopping center 5 minutes from the home location, for any of your needs along with many restaurants. Historic Tarpon Springs is a 15 minute drive which boasts a unique greek cuisine complete with sponge boats and docks. Take a stroll down the streets and visit the unique shops and great restaurants there. Nearby is a beautiful public beach, Fred Howard Park. Along with picnic areas it will sure satisfy the sun seekers. It is a 40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and a 2 hour drive to Orlando and it's theme parks. We are about a 30 minute ride to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island in Tampa. Tampa is also the home of the Tampa Bay Bucs Super Bowl Champions 2021,and spring training for the NY Yankees. Hard Rock Casino is also located in Tampa. There are at least 5 public beaches within less than a 40 minute drive. One is Caladesi Island which has been named one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island are two other great beaches within a 30 minute drive. St. Petersburg another great destination is about a 40 minute drive. It hosts the recently opened Pier, along with its museums and eclectic shops throughout the city center. Their beaches are a short jaunt to the west of the city center. With so much to do close or further this New Port Richey location really has it all for every person. Enjoy the slower pace of Pasco County, with the hustle of the city not that far away.
