Esta casa se encuentra en New Port Richey a sólo 15 millas al norte de Clearwater en una hermosa comunidad frente al mar. Disfrute de un acceso inmediato a la GOLFO.

Esta casa de 1700 pies cuadrados está amueblada con buen gusto con actualizaciones anuales. El dormitorio principal tiene cama king-size, amplio armario, TV de 32 "con reproductor de DVD. Wonderful place to take your family!
The house, the pool and the boat were all just perfect! Also the property manager was awesome too! If we had any questions about anything he was available to answer! I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Family Vacation
The house was clean and very well-stocked. It was much more spacious than we expected, and as a family of 4 we could spread out and relax. The pool was so nice and we spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and enjoying the water view. We took the boat out a few times, but we felt like it was mostly bonus since we ventured to Clearwater and Tampa a few times for beach and shopping for a great week.

Great!
We spent a month in Patrick’s home and our time there was wonderful. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house was exactly as described & very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor area with heated pool, dining set & grill. The pontoon boat was great and a fun way to explore the island & sandbar. Patrick was very responsive & we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for Relaxing
This is a wonderful property! The house was clean, welcoming, and felt like home. This property has a wonderful outdoor area, an awesome pool, and comfortable beds, and the kitchen has everything you need. The pictures do not do the property justice! The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient for shopping and eating out. My husband and I took the boat out every day to fish and visit the Anclote Key and sandbar. Patrick and Eric were awesome, responded quickly, and were super helpful! I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxing Vacation
Our family had an amazing time vacationing at this beautiful home. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. We had a great time fishing from the dock, relaxing by the pool and taking the boat to the Sandbar. Lots of memories made.

Can't wait to return
Wonderful property! We chose it because the rental included use of the boat, but the house was everything that we needed. 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Wonderful outdoor area, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We brought our own, but, the owner provided coolers, a beach umbrella, fishing equipment etc. Nice neighbors as well. We had a great time!

Paradise found
This property was even better than the photos. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well! The house is tucked into a quiet neighborhood but near all conveniences. The pool and yard were perfect for relaxing. We took the boat out fishing and to the Anclote Key sandbar. What an amazing experience! The sunsets as we came in were unforgettable. We caught and released several super cool fish. We did see some dolphins on our boat rides too. We had some friendly boaters help us pull onto and off the sandbar so we could walk on it and collect some gorgeous shells. It was way better than any busy beach! Patrick and Eric were great with communication and so helpful through our experience. We would highly recommend this rental to friends, family and all. You will not be disappointed. We never wanted to leave.

Loved it!
We just returned from a 1 week stay and enjoyed our time away. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved going out on the boat and fishing from the dock. The house was spotless. I’m already looking at dates for a return trip.

Other than an odd floor plan (a result of additions to the original house), nothing negative to say. It was bright, plenty of windows, comfortable furniture, a billiard table, good quality linens, comfortable beds, and a nice efficient kitchen, all of which, helped make our stay very pleasant. The heated pool was wonderful as was the ability to jump in the pontoon boat and go fishing whenever we were so moved. Unfortunately, as is my usual, I caught not a single keeper and made my contribution to the fish and game commission. It’s well located for day trips and restaurants.

Family Trip
I can't say enough good things about this property. It was immaculate upon arrival and the property manager responded immediately and came over quickly to set us up.with the boat. The property is larger than the photos show. Easily enough room for my family of 5 to spread out. It had everything we needed to move in for the week. The pool was great. We swam and read in the sun. My kids (and husband) enjoyed fishing off the boat. Having access to the boat was a real treat. Thanks for the great place! We will be back

Wonderful stay on the water..
This is a beautiful and very comfortable home on the canal. Clean and has everything you would need for your stay. The best part is the opportunity to take the pontoon out to the bay. We visited the nearby Anclote Key and the sandbar. Tried to do some fishing but it just wasn’t in our cards and we didn’t catch much. We traveled with small kids and they enjoyed the pool (which is super clean!) and fishing for small fishes off the docks. The community is quiet and we slept well at night. Beds are so comfortable and my back was thankful for it. It’s an easy communication with Patrick and Eric. They were very helpful. Thanks guys!

Perfect location
The house was one if the best we have rented on our stays in Florida. It was by far, the cleanest one. The location in the Bay Area and having the pontoon was a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect getaway!
What a great experience and family vacation. The house was in a great location and the owners have thought of everything to make it a stay stress free and wonderful stay. From the pool, pontoon boat, bicycles, beach chairs, fishing poles, coolers, pool table, towels, cookware, extra fridge….and the list goes on and on. We loved being able to bring our dog. The fenced in back yard and neighborhood were perfect for him and children. Lastly, the property manager, Eric, was great. He was responsive and available if we needed anything. Overall, we made a ton of memories and already want to come back. Thanks for the perfect getaway!

Our Second Stay
We enjoyed everything it had to offer. We were on the pontoon fishing every day. Loved the relaxing pool all week. Also found some time for shopping in Tarpon Springs all the little shops by the sponge docks. It’s clean and relaxing the neighborhood is friendly.

Wonderful Time
It was absolutely the nicest place. I became sick the week we were suppose to come. Called Patrick an let him know. He was very nice an went out of his way to reschedule us the following week. Ty Patrick for that. The property Manger Eric was very nice an gave us some great places to take the boat. All around had a ball We will be going back as soon as possible. Thanks again for wonderful memories!

Beautiful property in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.
This is a wonderful place to come and relax while spending time with family. If you’re not taking a boat ride you can relax in or beside the pool. The property is just a short distance to area beaches.

I was visiting a friend and just fell in love with the area. It's one of the most peaceful places to visit along with great fishing, the sandbar and great neighbors. My family and friends also love the opportunity to vacation at Anchor's Away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Private pool and free use of Pontoon boat. Easy access to the Gulf to spend a day fishing on anchor to the sandbar. You also have access to a private beach about 1 mile from my home. Your only a short drive to Tarpon's Spring and about 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach.
