Family Friendly Four Season Cottage at Point Sebago Beach & Golf Resort

2 Bedroom 1 & 1/2 half bathroom Four Season Resort Cottage in Family Friendly gated Point Sebago community. This clean and comfortable cottage sleeps up to 6 and is located closer to the golf course (quieter from beach resort rental activity) but only half a mile from all of the activities of the resort. For those winter enthusiasts the cottage is close to snowmobile trails, ice fishing and Shawnee Peak Skiing is only 20 miles away.

Our cottage is perfect for couples and families. The sunlit living room includes a new pull-out couch, flat screen cable TV and dining for 6. The master bedroom has a TV, ample closet and storage and provides a view of the woods and wildlife. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with twin, full and twin trundle beds and a small DVD TV only. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a quaint breakfast bar.

Enjoy sunset views from the front porch or morning coffee overlooking the woods. Outside amenities include 2 propane grills, patio table and seating for 6, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and deck gazebo with ambiance lighting. Our cottage is four season and has both air conditioning and heat for those warm Maine days and cools nights.

Point Sebago Resort offers one mile of sandy beach on Sebago Lake as well as vast activities for the whole family. Amenities include golf, tennis, shuffleboard, dining, entertainment, volleyball, arcade, mini golf and other children's activities. The fee for registered guests to access the beach resort and participate in activities is $10.00 per day per person. See additional notes for more information.

Had a fantastic stay here. Kathryn was so pleasant and accommodating to us. The cottage is the perfect size and very clean. The resort itself is lovely, although we didn’t partake in any of the activities except going to the beach there is a lot to do there if you’re so inclined. Point Sebago was a great location to go out from. I will admit I was a little nervous about it being noisy with so many families and children but it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect, it was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I love the location, the kids had fun riding their bikes around and even riding to the beach. Great communication and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming.

We have stayed in many rentals in Point Sebago, this one was by far the cleanest and well kept. My family was very comfortable here. The backyard was great and more private than most. This was the perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again. My kids & I had a great time. Thank you !

My husband Kevin and I are Maine natives growing up in Portland just 35 minutes from Point Sebago in Casco. We love it so much that we wanted to stay close and enjoy the many amazing outdoor four season activities Maine has to offer. For years we rented camps every summer at various lakes in Maine. Sebago Lakes region was always our favorite place to go and we have enjoyed many memories with our family on Sebago Lake! We also love skiing and our place is so close to our favorite place to ski at Shawnee Peak.

We wanted a four season place close to home but with full access to Sebago Lake and Shawnee Peak Skiing. We love the four seasons of Maine and can enjoy all of them at Point Sebago Golf and Resort including the beautiful fall season which brings picturesque landscape beauty of the leaf peeping season.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Resort Access (minimal daily fee) to lake for boating, swimming and resort activities, 30 miles from Shawnee Peak, short distance to ice fishing, hiking and snowmobile trails. Just a short drive to Windham Center and 35 miles to the city of Portland. In addition the resort is just 45 minutes away from some of the greatest ocean beaches in Maine.
