Perfect stay

This place was just what we needed. All the bones for a ski weekend for the family. It was warm and easy and Dom was helpful and great. We had an issue with the address and GPS so ask Dom if you’re trouble. He’s very available and the wife is great. I had some zoom meetings while there with no trouble!

Wonderfully secluded, clean, perfect woodsy retreat!

Dom's house was just what we needed for a quick refresh/get away from NYC. Secluded but with a few neighbors down the road who were all so friendly. The covered front porch was the bomb - great for enjoying the outside while staying out of the few rain drops we had while there. Dom's hospitality was warm, friendly but not overwhelming - he's there if needed but also respects the visitors' privacy. Can't ask for more! We'll return.

Wonderful!

Myself, my daughter, grandaughter and grandson stayed for 1 week. The house was nicer and cozier than the pictures. We kayak and fished the pepacton reservoir and fished the west branch of the delaware under the covered bridge in Downsville. We hiked Murphy Hill forest and Alder Lake. We visited Walton , Delhi, Pheonicia, Margaretville and Roscoe. We loved it!. The house was a great location and perfect for us to hangout with our three dogs !

Enchanted Forest

I felt as if I was living inside an enchanted forest. The house is in a remote location, completely surrounded by trees. Since fall foliage was at near peak, the views were gorgeous, whether from the large covered front porch with a great wooden swing, the back porch with a gas grill or the outdoor firepit where we also spent an evening of unbelievable stargazing.. The views from inside the house were great as well. The house is spacious, clean, neat, comfortable and has everything you could need, all the basic staples and more. And the host quickly responded to any questions I had both before and during my stay. I can't wait to return. My family wants to make it a yearly trip.

Great place to relax & enjoy the quiet

Very spacious and clean. Much more room than the online photos suggest. The owner is very responsive. The location is quiet. It's a great place to stay and spend time with your family or friends. Highly recommended!

Ski Trip Weekend

We stayed at Dominick's place for a ski trip weekend and it took us through another path/area we don't usually go through on our way to Belleayre. It was a scenic and fun drive! Dominick was very helpful and communicative. Part of our party got lost due to GPS issues and he came out and guided them in. The house is cozy and the pellet stove/fireplace is nice!

Best pellet stove ever!

This was such a relaxing winter getaway! Dom's house is nestled in a beautiful forest where we all were super cozy next to the warm buck stove every evening. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great stay

The property was very clean, spacious, and in a quiet location. It is newly renovated, with fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed Keurig machine and the nice choice of coffees that the owner provided. The kitchen had also all needed necessities that are often not packed: spices, sugar, condiments, and tea. There were few nice trails in walking distance.

Peaceful retreat

This was the perfect place to relax and recharge in the beautiful outdoors! It was therapeutic to watch the mesmerizing snow fall out the large back window. It was a fun little adventure to take a short hike to the babbling brook in the back yard withthe kids. We would love to visit this property again! Thanks Dom!

Exactly as described

Had a very nice weekend. The house was exactly as described the pellet stove was a nice surprise I didn't recall seeing that in the description. The location is secluded and quiet. It was a very nice weekend. Thank you.

Beautiful & Relaxing Stay

Home was in a beautiful remote location. Home was clean and cozy with 2 decks and nice size yard. Morning runs with the dogs were fantastic.Activities nearby included Denville and the Reservoir for kayaking, fishing, and enjoying! Our only concern was not having mobile service but the wifi connection was very good.

Great Stay in the Catskills

Perfect quiet getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights with our dogs. Despite planning for a nice mid-April spring vacation we ended up with cold and snow for most of the stay. But the house was perfect anyway, the pellet stove made everything nice and cozy and it was great to sit on the porch once the snow melted on the last day. Owner is very responsive and helpful

Great Boys Trip

I took my two teenage sons for a weekend of bird hunting, and this was an excellent place for us. Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed hunting by day and hanging out by the pellet stove, watching football, and making meals at night. Dominick, a great guy, was flexible when we wanted to modify our dates due to weather.

Great secluded getaway

Wonderful house near a secluded preserve. Everything was clean, in great condition, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking—gas grill on the deck as well. The two highlights we enjoyed were the wood pellet burning stove in the living room and the fire pit outside in the yard. Dom was great, very easy to communicate with and he stopped by early in our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and understood how the stove and thermostats all worked. Would definitely recommend for a getaway weekend!
