A slice of time, Sonny's Manor offers a real Catskills experience in Livingston Manor. Privately set on 3 park-like acres, yet just a short walk to the brewery, restaurants, stores and the Willowemoc Creek. It's the perfect get-away for dining and shopping and to the great outdoors, for which the Catskills are known. Sonny's is a mid-century modern treat with a large open living room, lined with windows, With 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, thoughtfully updated and outfitted. The original charm of this house has been preserved, yet it contains the comfortable amenities you'd expect in your home away from home.

Lovely, reasonably priced, mid-century modern home with lots of space. Large living room with a great view of nature and forest from the back wall lined with windows. Location is very convenient to Livingston Manor. We walked most places. Two full baths and three bedrooms was comfortable for 5 adult family members to stay together.

Perfect start to summer

We had a wonderful stay at Sonny’s Manor. The house is in amazing shape and feels like it’s frozen in time with all of the mid century elements. The location is great with easy access to all that Livingston Manor has to offer. We’d love to stay here again.

Great Stay at a Great Home in a Great Location

My son and I stayed at Judy's retro home during our fishing trip to the Catskills. Her home is very unique and is like stepping back in time. It is in a convenient location within an easy walk or short drive to breweries, restaurants, fly shops, fishing, and hiking in and near Livingston Manor. The kitchen has all the items you need, the beds are very comfortable, and it is nice to have a washer and dryer. I had the pleasure of meeting Judy and her husband Gary. Judy is very kind and makes herself available to address any needs. We look forward to a return stay.Charles

A Lovely Step Back In Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very unique home. Loved the fact that it was convenient to everything - breweries, eateries, gourmet general store , boutiques , gas station, etc. All within walking distance. The surrounding area provided numerous activities as well- namely numerous fly fishing opportunities. And the fish were VERY cooperative ! And gorgeous! Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The owners made our stay a memorable one. And as Arnold would say ,"I'll be back".

Awesome House!

Walking into this house is an experience in itself. Well maintained mid-century modern style house and decor. The house has local history, and all the amenities you want. We loved the porch and yard and walking distance to town. We went to Bethel Woods Music Center 3 nights and the drive was easy. Really loved this house. all my friends mentioned going back just to stay here again!

Great time in the Catskills

My husband and I had an amazing second trip to Sonny's Mannor, such a great property to stay for a relaxing time on vacation. The host Judy is super sweet and easy to contact if you have any questions. The location is not far from a multitude of fantastic breweries and resturants in the area, found so many new places to visit on our next trip

Lovely Midcentury Home

What an incredibly well-preserved 1950/60's house with original artifacts, architecture, and furniture. If you have an appreciation for midcentury this is the house for you. Special mention to the bathrooms, we couldn't get enough! We'll definitely be back :)

Wonderful experience!

Definitely a unique house with a heavy retro feel - it was like walking into the Brady Bunch house haha! Everything was well maintained, super clean, and I felt it was bigger than the pictures led me to expect. Nice balance of things to do nearby as well as the beautiful yard or inside the house with tables to accommodate group meals or games, and plenty of seating in the living room to watch TV.
