This lovely newly renovated 2-bedroom/1.5 bath condo has new kitchen cabinets with a quartz countertop/breakfast bar, 2 remodeled bathrooms, new flooring and spectacular bay views from the spacious lanai. All new appliances throughout unit…includes new refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. This condo is only a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, a tiki bar, a grocery store, an ice cream parlor and much more. Some of the amenities include a unit washer/dryer, heated swimming pool, fishing pier, BBQ area, tennis/pickle ball court, and workout facility. Private beach access with chairs and umbrellas available.

Awesome Siesta Key

We had such a great time in Siesta Key and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. The condo has several updates, well stocked and well-maintained. The host was wonderful to work with also. The beautiful beach access is right across the street along with complementary chairs and umbrellas for guests. We would love to stay again!

Great week away

The owner was very responsive. Easy walk to the incredibly beautiful beach. We liked being close to the bridge and having easy access to Sarasota vs in the heart of the village.

All the basics

We enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a great location with lovely grounds. Short walk to the beach. The property owners/managers were very responsive and helpful. The condo is dated. Carpets, beds and cabinets are well used and the place was lacking a few basic kitchen items but everything functioned well with no issues. We’ll definitely stay again.

Midnight Cove

We loved our stay here. The pool and the grounds were beautiful. We absolutely loved that the beach chairs and unbrellas were included with our rental and that they were all set up on the beach so no lugging stuff across the street!. The unit is a little dated and the kitchen was a bit small but the rest of the unit was great, especially the porch, it was so bright and cherry with a great view. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous Stay!

A beautiful property and location! We loved the deck space and views and it was so close to an amazing beach! It could have had a few staples such as laundry soap and dishwasher soap etc( we bought them and left some for the next guests). I’m hearing that that’s the way it is now. But the condo was great and we would stay again. Just go to the store first:) The pool was lovely and it was great to have pickleball too, which we used.. can’t wait to go to Siesta Key again! And this lovely condo made it a really good experience. Perfect location to all we wanted to do!! Thank you for sharing this lovely place! So 5 stars!

Siesta Key

Fabulous location; loved the private beach area which included chairs and umbrellas. Beach Attendants were friendly, some funny and all attentive. Grounds were well maintained. Friendly staff here too. I see a trend. Do you? Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Mary was quick to respond to all communications. Would definitely stay here again!

Siesta keys vacation

We enjoyed our stay. I would come back again. There were issues with the cost per night on 2 different properties. I want one unit but the price was different when I showed interest, then owner came back to say the cost matched the web site. But that was too late due to me choosing a different unit.

The condo smelled of mold, the carpet was filthy, the ceiling above the washer / dryer was falling down, the furnace filter needed to be changed I checked it after we noticed that the ceiling was dirty where the air comes out of the vents. The

We are sorry that you were disappointed in your stay. This was disheartening to us, since our reviews have been positive. Surprisingly , we changed the filter right after you left and it only had some minor dust on it. The air filters are changed consistently, especially during high rental season. The vents are scheduled to be cleaned out, as well as an air conditioner check up. The ceiling above the dryer is not falling down and is structurally sound. The small 8 inch by 8 inch area has just not been repainted after the new dryer vent was installed. However, we are aware that the unit is getting dated. A full renovation is scheduled to begin in September.

Great Location, Great Beach & Comfy Condo!

I had a great 2-week stay at this condo. The private beach, beach chairs (lounges) and umbrella set up, was a deal breaker for me!! No lugging of beach chairs to the beach!! Made it so much nicer!!! Pictures of condo are accurate. Sure. It needs updated but you’re not living there!! Simply staying on vacation. The only suggestion I have is…we liked to spend all of our “ inside” time on the cute lineu … but the chairs aren’t comfortable enough to spend much time there. Updated furniture would make this a five star rental!! Would rent again!! (Sofas in the living room are comfortable).

OK but!!

We felt the description of “breathtaking” rather overstated the condition. Yes the kitchen was new but the air vents, electric switches, snd the balcony area needed attention, particularly cleaning! The carpets are stained and really should have been replaced as part of the renovation. There was also a lot of clutter in the wardrobes which we had to tidy to make room for our stuff, and the bed linen had seen better days. We enjoyed our stay but felt the description of the condo overstated and under delivered. We checked out several other units and found a number offering a fresher and more modern feel. Despite the renovation we still felt the condo felt rather tired. However the location is excellent and the office staff, and beach guys were great.

Hi Graham! So sorry that you were disappointed. We are surprised, and a little shocked, since we have been receiving all 5 star reviews since the unit has been renovated. Unfortunately, with the hurricane we have had to do it in stages. The flooring will be replaced this October in both bedrooms. We will also be getting new sheets/ linens.

MY HUSBAND AND I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT MIDNIGHT COVE. EASY ACCESS TO THE MOST GORGEOUS BEACH. NICE THAT YOU COULD HAVE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS SET UP FOR YOU. THE CONDO WAS PERFECT ALBEIT A WEE BIT DATED. DIDN'T REALLY MATTER THOUGH. BEDS WERE QUITE COMFY. WATER PRESSURE WAS GREAT IN THE SHOWER TOO. REALLY ENJOYED SITTING IN THE LANAI WATCHING THE PELICANS DIVE INTO THE WATER AND FISH JUMPING OUT OF THE INTERCOASTAL. WALKING DISTANCE TO BARS AND RESTAURANTS. KITCHEN HAD EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED. KEURIG COFFEE MAKER MADE SUPER HOT CUP OF COFFEE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WE WOULD GO AGAIN FOR SURE.

The view from the lanai was beautiful, a very short walk to the beach and private beach access was an extra perk. Can’t wait to return!

Great location

The unit was located in a great location. Short walk to the beach, located close to some bars, restaurants and shops. The unit needs some work, but honestly we were barely in it. The beds were comfortable and the lanai was great to sit out on.

Comfortable condo close to beach

Our family stayed here for spring break and had a relaxing and peaceful stay all week. The beaches are pristine, but a little crowded during spring break. Its really nice that umbrella and beach chair service is included with the rental. So we had an easy stroll to the beach each day. We also played tennis every morning which was nice especially since the unit had 4 rackets and balls for us to use. Overall we enjoyed this condo and it's location to the pool and beach. It's also a short stroll the grocery market and restaurants. My only comment is for folks who want an updated or renovated condo...this one is in clean condition, but very much could use a renovation in the 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

Family Vacation

Property is a little dated. Some drawers were broken and the 1/2 bath toilet seat was broken. It had great views but was a little far from the village, so we had to do the trolley (masks and overcrowding) which was a little cumbersome. For the price, it was a good choice.

family spring break

The property itself is beautiful, the grounds, the pool all the amenities of the property. However the unit was nice but needs updated. There are some things that need replaced. The kitchen was small and mostly stocked with enough of what we needed. The unit was locked upon arrival (keys were inside as listed) was able to contact Beth who on a Saturday responded quickly but however was fortunate that the property manager was able to get us into the unit. Having the beach chairs is a def plus, they are managed which is nice. A little bit of a walk across the street but not to far. Being able to access the restroom at the beach property was a big plus. Over all we loved the location, the property, the process was smooth thru VRBO. Would rent from again. Thanks
