The host communicated and responded with any questions we had right away. The house is on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Beach chairs, floats, fishing supplies beach towels etc. Lots of kitchen supplies and some spices. Cute beach decor and candles to burn at night were a nice touch! Thank you!

It was within driving distance to restaurants and beaches. The condo had everything we needed such as beach chairs, washer/dryer, pool, kitchen cookware. We enjoyed our stay but wished there was beach access from the condo. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly.

Highly recommended! Very good location, condo was spacious and has everything you need for a family of 4 to 5 people. The property is located within 1 to mile from the beach and less then 2 miles from all the major stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and very flexible. I would definitely go back.

Very Dirty!

Teresa was nice to deal with and very responsive. However, the condo was EXTREMELY DIRTY and small. No tub and definitely not able to comfortably accommodate sleeping 5. The A/C did not work in the secondary room where the dryer was located, therefore increasing the heat of the unit! We left after day two and were refunded for 4 unused days, which was appreciated!

2025 Vacation

Great vacation! Siesta Keys is now our favorite beach. Property was close to area villages/resturants. Only complaint would be it doesn’t have beach access and you do have to drive to the beach. But it’s not far, maybe a little over 1 mile.

Always perfect

We always chose this property for our annual vacation to Siesta Key. The place is always as clean as can be, the location is perfect, and the owners are always extremely helpful. They always reach out and are super easy to get ahold of if needed. It’s always right off the pool which is super convenient with kids. Highly recommend!

The condo was in a great location for trips to the beach and sitting on the dock of the bay. The items for the beach were top quality as well as all the items needed for cooking.The hostess responded to any of our questions very quickly and also had some great suggestions for things to do and see.

Fantastic Stay In Siesta Key

Brilliant condo right next to a pool and beach with everything you need in the lanai to enjoy both. From the moment we booked Teressa contacted us and was always there if we needed anything. Highly recommend and if we ever come back, we will stay here again

Great Get Away

Great central location! The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed. The whole process from confirmation to arriving and leaving was super easy! Taking the free trolly up to the Village was really convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation home!

Gracious hosts and well stocked home. Everything you need for a rental is included. The hosts are excellent communicators and open their home with all amenities. The condo community is safe, dock is great and pool is right next to the condo. Fished off the dock and saw manatee and dolphin each early morning. Free Trolly system picks up right outside the complex which is awesome for getting around the island. Pretty decent walk to the picnic beach (and temps felt like 110 when we were there) so very grateful for the shuttle. We didn’t rent a car and relied on the FREE (can’t beat that!) transit and trollies. Turtle Beach is a hidden gem at the end of the island as the main beach gets really crowded. The Sunday night drum circle is a must. Siesta Key Village is a great hub for dinner and then the sunset, or sunset then gelato or ice cream. We did a guided kayak tour of the mangroves which was truly incredible. You cannot get better hosts than Teresa and Don. The check in process was so smooth and they replied to every concern right away. We will absolutely be back!

Had a good time, love the location. Nice screened in patio with plenty of options of beach chairs, fishing gear, etc. love having a washer and dryer in the condo. Owner was quick responding when we had questions upon arrival. Had a great 4 weeks, thanks

Enjoyed are stay, condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Communication with owner was great, sitting on the dock in the evening was so peaceful. If your looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, this a great place to stay!

Excellent stay

The cleaning company didn't do a good job cleaning or changing sheets on bed. Other than that it was a beautiful condo great location and it had everything we needed. I will definitely book from these owners again.

Lovely

The condo was really cute and had most of the things you need for a beach stay. The location was great and close to everything. The beach is a 15/20 walk or a short shuttle ride. The dock was lovely and the pool being so close was great! The common area was nice and the kiddos liked the tennis court.

The house was very clean. All and everything you need to your access. Close to the beach, also the pool..lol.. Right outside your screened in porch. Owner responds right away when needed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment

This is exactly as pictures shown. Perfect for a family of 4. The pool is right outside. Beachtowels and beachchairs. It was pretty far to go to the beach if you bring a bunch of stuff😅 But if you have a car you can go to the public beach just a few minutes away. We had a great stay. I would really recommend it. Siesta key is wonderful.

Perfect Place!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Condo was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool is right outside the door. Beach access was close by. Communication with the owner was great. We loved the dock area behind the condo. Was so nice to sit out there and watch the water.

The property worked well for us for the week. We spent most of the week at the beach and the owners had a nice supply of beach chairs, coolers, etc. for time at the beach.

Family friendly Siesta get away

We stayed here with our two young children. Having close proximity to the pool was lovely. All of the beach essentials were also provided by the hosts. We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive to our questions or requests.

My husband and I met over 25 years ago in Sarasota/Siesta Key. We left the area because of work and currently live in Central Illinois. Four years ago we realized a shared dream of returning to beautiful Siesta Key.

We chose this place because it was the right price at the right time. Our daughter was starting college in Miami and having a condo on Florida west coast gave us all a chance to keep connected.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I loved decorating the place and sometimes wish I could afford another place just so I can buy more cute beach stuff. My favorite place is the intercoastal deck. I sometimes do yoga at the morning calm and enjoy a glass of wine during the beautiful, peaceful, night atmosphere.
