It was a wonderful place for our large group of students. The owner was wonderful with communication and accommodations. With walls full of photos and memorabilia, it was like going home to family.

Very Cool !!

Was traveling for work and rented this wonderful place. There were several people in our group and this place is roomy and comfortable Kitchen is awesome ! The History that is here with all the hunting and fishing pictures is amazing. Thanks Jenny your place is amazing!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Retreat

We had a great time!! From the moment we stepped into this home, we felt at home. The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The home is very close to where our family was gathering for Thanksgiving. The home fit 13 of us very well. The porch and living room was everyones favorite. Would without a doubt stay here again

A little slice of heaven

If you are looking for a peaceful spacious getaway, this is it! The accommodations were exactly what we needed for our family. You could see snippets of the hostess throughout the house with her special touch of fresh cut flowers and family and friends oriented decor. We loved sitting on the porch watching the birds and relaxing in the hammock and walking the beautiful grounds. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

A relaxing country escape

Jennie was amazing and supportive of our group who was at Guardian Center for the weekend and had booked the days before and after just to have some time to recover, get a good hot shower in and eat food with our friends. Loved the site, the location and the house kitchen is amazing if you are cooking for a big group and the water pressure here is AMAZING. Thanks for being an amazing host Jennie!

Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

I stayed here with my family (including my 92-year-old grandmother) and we were all very comfortable. The property is beautiful and the house well-appointed. We didn’t want for anything! Jennie is a great communicator and had the house warm and ready for us upon arrival. There are no stairs coming into the main house so my grandmother had no issues navigating around safely. I would recommend to any group! We will definitely be staying here again.

I want a do over.

Staying at the Green Bell was a cool experience. The home feels like an old farm house on an amazing property. The home was well equipped, comfortable with beautiful trees and landscaping. It was a pleasure setting on the large screened in porch watching the birds at the bird feeder that Jennie had filled with grain. We will long remember our stay here.

Joyful serenity

What a unique property set in such a serene location! We came from NC to Perry for a national barrel race and really appreciated the sanctuary of this property. Jennie was an awesome host with a simple check’in. And we loved, loved how close it was to the fair grounds where the race was being held. Such history in the property. Wonderfully detailed touches. Bed situation was perfect for us with the beds being so comfortable. I am looking forward to returning some day.

Beautiful Cabin, Fantastic Host

I booked this cabin because it was the only thing available that could fit our group as we evacuated from Hurricane Milton. We are a flight school and we had space to keep our planes in the Perry Airport. Jennie was so helpful and addressed any issue we had. Although we were evacuated it ended up being a wonderful trip. The pond was beautiful, we enjoyed the firepit as we made s'mores. The houses were quite nice and were excellent for the whole team! I highly recommend this rental, and would love to stay again for a company retreat!

Not a farm a ranch so there’s no confusion!

If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful getaway this is it, only bring the family and a few close friends you won’t be disappointed. From the screened in front porch, 2 on suite’s, and a bunk room with another bathroom to the kitchen with a kicka- - stove. It will not disappoint. Found not ask for a better host had a few questions and she was on it. This home reminded me of staying with Grandma it just has a good feel, and it was a perfect fit for us.

amazing!!

The website just doesnt capture the scope of Jennys property. It was much more than we were anticipating based on what we saw online. The grounds are beautiful. Every thing about the house , barns, and other structures are all unique and special. We felt right at home. Our dogs had the time of their lives on the vast and sweeeping grounds with hills. They romped in the pond every day. We were sad to leave but we will be back!! Thank you Jenny

Wonderful property for all to enjoy

Stayed here for 3 nights and brought friends so 2 dogs, 4 kids (8-10 years) and 4 adults. There was more than enough room, the property is amazing with plenty of room to explore for the kids and the dogs. Will definitely be back next year.

Country get away

It’s a laid back relaxing rural country setting in what appears to be an old homestead, cabin or hunting lodge. We had 12 adults and two children with beds to spare. There’s only a couple of bedrooms with one bed though if your looking for sleeping privacy. For us the accommodations worked out great. Morning coffee on the screened in back porch with all the birds and sitting around the fire pit in the evenings were some of the favorite spots. The host was extremely responsive and the property was clean. It can be a little challenging to find, but again the host was very helpful. We would and will rent this location again.

AMAZING PEACE

This property is amazing for everyone. I will be returning. The house is quaint and spacious, The kitchen was great for our family. The grounds were gorgeous. I loved sitting on the screened in porch having coffee with my girls. Jennie is the most sweetest super super host around. Attentive and reaches out till I felt like family. Thank you for such and awesome experience. I loss 2 daughters 10 yrs ago and it made me want my other children to know their Georgia history and family, so every year I go to Georgia close to Hawkinsville and Cordele and we celebrate our family and our love for one another. Thank you Jennie for helping me by giving us the chance to use the house. See you next year

Just what we needed!

We loved everything about this property! If you love the outdoors, this place has everything. We took morning/late afternoon hikes. We really enjoyed the cabin decor with all the historical pictures. Lots of great memories here! The owner was available for questions/issues and the check in/checkout process was smooth. We will definitely be back!

Great Property

This property was AMAZING! Secluded cabin in the woods feel with the screened porch for cigars at night or hang in front of the fire. We are definitely staying here again.

Fabulous family fun and great environment to relax

Grandkids and adults had great time fishing at the pond. Trails gave up views of deer and other wildlife Tucker (owners dogs) was loved by the grandkids Tucker even helped them fish Spent evenings around the fireplace playing games, making S’mores, talking,laughing and having a few beverages Very relaxing time with family. Even had an wedding engagement announcement occur. Added a member to our family officially.
