Oceanfront Villa with stunning views and private pool

This entire oceanfront home in paradise includes 3 bedrooms plus an office with two twin beds perfect for kids. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom. The open concept kitchen has a large breakfast bar perfect for gathering around with top of the line appliances. The house also features a large living and dinning area with the best ocean views in Nassau. You will also enjoy your own private pool and pool deck perfect for lounging in the warm tropical sun. There are stairs located between the houses that allow access to the ocean in front of the complex for snorkeling or for a dip in the ocean.

Situate 5 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the world famous Baha Mar Resort, the house is also located close to grocery stores, liquor stores, several restaurants and a gym. A fabulous public beach is also a short walk away. The house is located on the #10 bus route making getting to the world famous fish fry and downtown a breeze.

We had a great stay and Deborah was a fantastic host. Super responsive and had lots of great recommendations. Lots of time spent looking out over the ocean from the private pool deck. Great location, convenient to lots of different places and we were able to easily catch the bus wherever we wanted to go that wasn’t walking distance.

A little piece of paradise!

All I can say is WOW!! Those million dollar views, the private and perfect sandy beach with reefs on both sides for amazing snorkeling, extremely active for all marine life on the daily, when it was high tide we enjoyed the pleasantly refreshing pool, we spent sunup to sundown outback everyday!! It truly was the highlight of our trip and the whole reason we booked this home. The rental was extremely clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and it had everything we needed. It was a perfect space for a family of 6. A short walk to the grocery store, restaurants and public beaches was so easy. We definitely appreciated that for we decided not to do a car rental. Only used a taxi a few times. We were able to make some local friends who were so helpful and kind. Our host was wonderful with every aspect of our trip. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. So if you are looking for a private, chill laid back atmosphere with the most breath taking views… I would 100% recommend this rental. We will be back!!Thank you for having us, The Fairs

Amazing girls trip

We stayed for 4 days and had an amazing time. The beds were very comfy and the pool was small but a great way to cool off. The private beach was great to avoid the hustle of the public beaches! We will definitely recommend to our friends!

Beautiful location

It’s like a villa on a Greek Island. Plenty of fine restaurants and beaches that are not crowded. Easy and close proximity to Baha Mar water park. Sandy Port marina area was beautiful.

Wonderful Property with Stunning Views

We had an amazing time at Deborah’s house. Sunshine, blue ocean, pool, great kitchen, tons of space, and comfortable beds! Deborah was helpful and easy to reach if needed. Don’t hesitate to book this place—we will be dreaming of the views for a long time!

Best view on the Island.

Great location. Grocery store and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view never gets old! We were able to swim in the ocean from the beach below and the private pool was clean and ready for a dip to cool off. The house was private and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable with luxurious mattress toppers. Excellent communication from the host as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Waterfront paradise with all the comforts of home

The host Deborah, was wonderful to work with, from booking through our stay, she provided tips and recommendations which helped our trip go smoothly. The home is spacious and very well stocked. The outdoor space with private pool and ocean view was fantastic. And there’s a walkway super close that takes you down to a small beachy area and into the ocean. We felt the location was perfect, just a short bus ride downtown to see the touristy things but far enough out to not be overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the cruise port area. The home is within walking distance to some public beaches, a grocery store and several delicious restaurants! We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The home has such an amazing view! It’s large enough for a great family vacation. I’d recommend renting a car to get to downtown Nassau. Perfect stay with amazing views

“Wow, the views” said our family of 5! This amazing oceanfront home met all our family needs. From private sleeping quarters, to the large living spaces, to the well appointed kitchen and the clean pool, this vacation home did not disappoint. Our family enjoyed daily snorkeling right in front of the home, the beautiful sunsets, watching the cruise ships sail in and even a game of chess. The home is walking distance to several restaurants, the bus route, a grocery store, beach and even a gym. Excellent communication from the owner from the start of booking to our final goodbye. Don’t hesitate to book this home. This vacation home is so much more amazing in person that you will never want to leave!

Wonderful sanctuary

Deborah is s great host. The property is as pretty as the photos. We spent most of our time on the pool deck taking in the view. Our kids and grandkids enjoyed the small beach that was 100 ft east of our place and the larger public beach a few hundred yards to the west.

Blue water dreams come true

This property was the PERFECT place to bring my mom for her dream vacation to see clear blue water. Deborah met us at the property for check-in and gave us a tour of the house, which I found helpful! She left us alone the remainder of the trip and answered every message I sent within minutes. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the private beach directly out back. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the closest grocery store, a few restaurants and a really good ice cream place! I was traveling with 5 other adults and we all agree that we’d 100% rent this place again if we make it back to the island.

Great Stay

Our family had a great stay at Skye’s the Limit! It’s a beautiful house in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to grocery, great restaurants & beach, as well as right on the jitney route. Deborah was very helpful with recommendations, especially Chadson for our airport transportation. Highly recommend Skye’s the Limit!

Most accommodating host!

From the booking process till check out Deborah was amazing and honest and helpful!! She helped us find and book tours and just made our stay sooo pleasant! We couldn't get enough of the amazing views from the balcony! The water is beautiful and you can go snorkeling in the water right off the property... the house is very clean and she has all the amenities you need. You won't be disappointed just go ahead and book!

Beautiful home with a great view!

My friends and I had so much fun at Deb's house. The home was beautiful and very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. It is in a great location, just walking distance to the supermarket and only minutes by taxi from the larger resorts. Highly recommend!
