We offer a large duplex of 46m², ideal for a family with children, located on the 3rd floor with elevator in a very quiet residence secured by digicode. It is located in the heart of the resort in the immediate vicinity of the shops, the ski slopes and the ski lifts allowing access to the high altitude area, the nursery, the swimming pool, the ice rink and the ESF groupings of the Centre and Champamé.<br><br>The accommodations are composed of a bright living room with open kitchen, dining table for 6 people, bench seat, TV, a bathroom with bath-shower and sink, separate toilet. It has 3 bedrooms:<br>- an independent bedroom with double bed upstairs<br>- an open bedroom on the mezzanine with two single beds<br>- a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds<br><br>The apartment also has a sunny balcony with unobstructed views and no vis-à-vis, a ski closet and access to the parking reserved for the occupants of the residence.<br>The following equipment is present:<br>- kitchen: fridge, vitro hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine<br>- Hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner<br>- Bed linen is included in the rental<br><br>The accommodations are non-smoking, pets are not allowed and parties are not allowed.<br><br>A booking deposit will be required and the balance will be sent no later than two weeks prior to arrival.<br>A deposit of 700 euros for the rental and a cleaning deposit of 80 € will be required on arrival.<br><br>A professional will be on site for the handing over of the keys and the inventory of fixtures at the entrance and exit. Possibility to entrust him with the cleaning at the end of the stay for an amount of €80 (to be indicated on arrival) and to benefit from a discount on the rental of ski equipment by the week from his partner sports brand.<br><br>Contact us!
