This beautiful South Padre Island beachfront condo offers spacious 1235 sq. ft. of comfortable living . The condo is 2 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 6 and is located on the 5th floor. You will enjoy amazing views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and even the kitchen!

Walk through well kept resort grounds to reach private access to the beach and enjoy the best beaches that South Padre Island has to offer.

Saida Towers resort grounds offer 3 pools (one of which is heated during winter) and 3 hot tubs. The shuffle board and 4 tennis courts are there for your enjoinment as well. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well kept. The main "T" pool has a seasonal poolside bar and snack shack. Saida Towers complex is gated and has 24 hour security. Many restaurant and bars are within a short walking distance.

The condo was fully renovated in 2020 and has beautiful, clean and modern accents throughout. Large balcony offers ample seating and breathtaking views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The brown treasure chest on the balcony has everything that you would need to enjoy a day on a beach.
Kitchen upgrades include granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped and has everything you would need to cook and enjoy a gourmet meal.
Dining room has a large table with plenty of seating for everyone.
Living room has floor to sealing windows that frame beautiful views of the ocean. Large leather sectional offers plenty of comfortable sitting and a 65" 4K smart TV is ready for your entertainment with cable included and content on the TV apps of your choosing.
Master bedroom offers remarkable views . You can rest and enjoy your sleep on the king sized bed with a super comfortable memory foam mattress. You will find the 50" 4K smart TV is ready for your entertainment needs.
Master bath has a large tiled walk-in shower, toilet and beautiful granite top sink/vanity.
Second bedroom has a bunk bed with large side steps for safety and ease of access of the top bunk. Sleeper sofa, that folds out to a queen bed, is also located in the second bedroom. 40" 4K smart TV is placed in the 2nd bedroom for your entertainment needs.
Second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and a granite top sink/vanity.
All linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided.

This is a non smoking unit. To make everyone's stay comfortable, including people with pet allergies, pets are not allowed.

Lovely condo, super clean, fantastic amenities at the SAIDA towers. In addition so please to finally have beach pools and beach water warm enough to swim in… so relaxing. Went with my husband, teenage son and his two friends… bunks were key for multiple teens that dont want to share a bed. Another kudos to the owner for all the free use of rackets, umbrella, beach towels and more! Walking distance to breakfast, cute shops and more. Great private beach access..love this location. Highly recommend.

Took my kids on a 5 day stay in South Padre, our first time visiting. It was it a great location and a nice unit. The host was great at communicating and provided everything we needed! So convenient to have beach towels and supplies available. There were plenty of linens, which came in handy having multiple teens who wanted their own sleeping space lol. The view was beautiful and the beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed playing pickle ball & relaxing at the pool & hot tub as well.

This place is a true gem! Not only is it clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view, but it truly has everything you need. Even a crockpot. The pool box outside has everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach or enjoy a fun game on the courts.

Our family of four (two adults and two teenagers) had a great time in South Padre Island. This condo was very nice and super spacious. We all agreed we would give it a 10! It has everything you need for a beach getaway! We were able to walk to restaurants and bike to get groceries. It was even walkable to see the launch of SpaceX!

A-OK Place to Stay

More than enough space for family of four. Plenty of room for two or three more people. Pool area and grounds are well kept and cleaner than more expensive places that we have stayed at. Access to the beach was convenient and an easy walk. Drinks at pool side bar were not fantastic and you are not allowed to bring your own drinks to the pool. Some people in our party encountered insect bites inside the condo.

The property was very cute and charming! We have stayed at Saida III several times and this was our favorite place! It was clean and decorated nicely, beach toys and wagons included and beach towels too! The owner was quick to reply when we had any questions and had everything ready for our trip for check in. Great experience and would definitely recommend this unit!

Great place!

We had a great time. The place is better than the pictures!! Clean and renovated! We did not expect the shed on the balcony full of very useful stuff like umbrellas, chairs, racquet games, cooler, and more. It saved us money as well as the beach towels!!! Would definitely come back!!

Great Vacation

The condo was comfortable with a beachy relaxing vibe. Had everything we needed. Beach view was great and walk to beach was easy. Complex amenities were well maintained, everyone was friendly and helpful!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the beautiful view and the balcony.

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 daughters. We loved sitting out on the balcony and listening to the birds and the ocean. This property gives easy access to the beach but also to 3 different pool options. Everything we needed was there. Helen was super easy to work with and gave us all the information necessary before our stay. We would highly recommend this property to others and if we decide to go back to Padre Island we will look it up again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property near the beach. Very clean with lovely views of the water! There are also nice pools on the property. We would stay here again!

Great view and updated condo, just a few minor things preventing a 5 star

This unit has a perfect view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is a newly updated unit and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, even though it seems clean at initial glance, I think the cleaning company is just doing a quick "appearance" clean. It could benefit from a deep clean. Most of the kitchen utensils had food on them and when I wiped the "clean" counters upon arrival with a wet paper towel, they very dirty. A handful of places on the walls and back of doors have dirt or unknown smear on them, almost like a dirty slobbery dog has been there. The grout in the showers and on the floors are pretty dirty for something that has just been remodeled. A handful of the amenities listed were missing: paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, dishwasher soap, and hand soap for the master bedroom. I bought a few of these and left many of them for the next guest. The chest on the patio is full of beach toys, camping chairs for the beach, a small beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon. This was a great plus and came in handy! Beware of the provided trash bags, they are paper thin. Our kitchen trash was barely filled and it ripped very easily when trying to change it on our last day. The master bedroom shower head needs fixed or replaced. It has good pressure, but water only come out of a few holes with a stream about 1/2 inch thick. The owner seemed very nice and responsive when I contacted her during booking. I never had a need to contact her during our stay. Overall, I still feel the place is worthy of 4 stars because it is remodeled, has a great view, and the owner seemed great!

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed this location. Close to restaurants, shopping and more. We really enjoyed having everything at the condo. That king bed is super comfy. The grounds were well taken care of and the pool was clean. The pool bar people were fabulous and friendly. The pool bar snack bar was open and service was just at friendly there too. The beach was clean and the water felt amazing.

Updated/Clean Condo

We enjoyed this condo, we had two other families staying at the Saida Towers in other condos and our’s was the most updated and clean one. Good location, beach is busy so get there by 9 to have a spot.
