Surfside II #201 by Rent On Padre is an updated condo located across the street from the beach. This is a great condo with a great price. You will love the details and care that the owner has put into the condo. You have 2 flat screen TV's, a beautiful kitchen for when you stay in, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the courtyard & pool. High speed internet is included at no extra charge.

It is a 2BR/2BA unit. This condo is a walk up unit to the second floor, but the steps are easy. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a second twin bed bunk in the room. Surfside II #201 allows 6 people. Each en suite bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.

I booked a quick getaway for spouse & myself for over the weekend to join family at the island. The rental facility was very attentive & extremely helpful. Once we arrived at the condo I must say it was such a great lay out, very clean with plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again.

Beds we slept on were very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with necessary items for our meals cooked. Loved the games provided. We took advantage of pool and very conveniently located to the beach. Restaurants and beach within walking distance. Will definitely rent here again.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at our accommodations in South Padre Island! The listing was accurate, and everything was just as described. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our time both at the beach and relaxing by the pool. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was an above average stay. The property was clean. There was an ant problem in the kitchen. (Although, the pest control company came during our visit for their monthly treatment). It did not help.Some of the cookware was old and the non-stick pots and pans were flaking with broken handles. The pictures on the VRBO website were not representational of the actual condo. Therefore, the sleeping arrangements and dining area were not what we expected. We did not have any interaction with the owner or property management company during our visit.

Nice upgraded place

Nice stay, updated place. The only complaint I would have is the beds were not comfortable, I slept on the sofa the nights we stayed cause my back was killing me!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The property is an older property but everything on the interior is well maintained and in good working order. The location is close to everything you need and walking distance to the beach. We spent a little time in the pool as well and had no issues. I would recommend this location for anyone visiting the island.

Relaxing stay

The place was very clean and comfortable. Loved all the updates! Mattress was great. We had plush towels and pillows. The place was very quiet. It’s close to everything! Walking distance to beach, Wanna wanna, and other stores and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Other than what's rated above: Living room TV is starting to go out, bottom 1/4 of screen has horizontal black stripes. Bottom 1/2 of living room window glass pretty dirty, top half was clean. A lot of large fees between vrbo, cleaning and management make the property an ok deal.

And I also was excited about the balcony which was spacious and had comfortable chairs to relax on. The balcony had a nice view of the pool. The pool was never crowded which was great. The kitchen was nice and spacious it was supplied with everything I needed. The rental company also left a cute basket with supplies and south padre island cards to mail to family or whoever.over all it was a great stay.
