Open Floor plan, 2 bedrooms in front, 2 in back. Large sliding patio doors for viewing the lake and wildlife. Ducks, Sandhill Cranes, egrets, Eagle Pointe is a sought after vacation destination. Convenient to the Attractions and shopping. Bedrooms could have use of their own bathroom depending on the makeup of the guests. King is ensuite, queen has a bathroom across the hall and king has the front bathroom. Sit and have meals or breakfast and relax watching the wildlife, blackout curtains in main bedroom; just minutes to Walmart to pick up those last minute items before heading out for the day. phone number is 407-414-8600. the number posted is incorrect

Diane was great with late check in, minor issue with shower head fixed very quickly. Home had everything we needed for our stay. We were disappointed we couldn’t use the pool because of the cold weather. Great quick trip.

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for 1 week in July 2025. We have stayed in numerous villas over the years and this one was the cleanest on the inside - it was spotless!! The outside area is great too, it was fantastic waking up in the morning with a coffee and watching the lake from the patio.We would definitely come back!!

Stayed for a week with my two children 16 and 19 and my mom. We came down for Thanksgiving for a trip to Disney. We had to cancel our initial stay and rebook. Diane was wonderful with that! She even brought in my groceries when we were delayed for over an hour in traffic! She is an amazing host!

This house was just what we needed as a family of 6! There was plenty of room to spread out and also be together. The pool was definitely a hit and being so close to entertainment, restaurants, and the highway was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon! Finally, the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Best and easiest vacation decision by far!!

It suited us for this holiday. We know the area well over the years, we could get about going shopping and for meals without see anybody, it’s a good family house.

Beautiful and relaxing

Home was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed our time on the lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque around the lake. The home is tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Property clean but dated...If you plan on having anyone come over for a day visit (not sleeping over) just short visit, this is not the place for you!!

you had extra guest. Looked like it might be a college granddughter but i am not sure. She stayed overnight at least 2 nights and did tons of laundry. I drove by as she was stuffing it in the car , so much that there would not have been room for a passenger. I discussed wth you tht I had a right to know who was in my home and if you had asked it would have been ok. Home is for booking party only, you stated you do this all the time on VRBO. Not nice. You left the home tidy and would have welcomed you back . but you cannot invite others to stay in my home. I need to know how old, etc due to the pool safety. you booked 6 and you had 7. Never a ban on visitors - just sleep overs.

Wonderful getaway with very unexpected treat!

This was a great family house. Plenty of bedrooms with the perfect layout. Diane was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. The pool was great and my sons spent loads of time enjoying it. But the BEST, and completely unexpected pleasure, was the view of the large pond/lake that’s right behind the house. We all enjoyed the view and the boys loved fishing with Grandpa every day. That was so unanticipated and truly added to our wonderful vacation!! We’d love to stay again!!

Recharge completed!

We just got back home after spending 2,5 weeks in this house. It was simply amazing, spacious and relaxing. Besides a little sightseeing, we spend most of the time in/around the pool to recharge our batteries. Amazing. Diane is an incredible host. 10 for communication. Clear and fast communication before arrival, quick solution for a screen problem and allowed us a late check out(we got extremely lucky here) .
