Welcome to The Toasted Turtle!!

Welcome to The Toasted Turtle!! You will LOVE everything that this home has to offer! 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms, open floor plan for you and your guests, beautiful views, and lots of outdoor deck areas. Private dock in a quiet cove and close to the house parking.

As you open the front door you will be greeted by the warm paint colors. The master suite offers a large room w/a king size bed, private bathroom and a large walk in closet. Sip your morning coffee right outside on the upper deck. The other two bedrooms offer a queen bed, ceiling fans and shares a full bathroom. There is a blow up mattress available too.

The cozy living room has amazing lake views, tv, dvd player and is open to the dining area which sits 8 guest comfortability.

You will have everything you need in our kitchen! Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, plates, silverware, cups and cooking utensils.

Unwind on the back deck that offers beautiful lake views or grill under the covered deck. Swim or fish right off the private dock. Our home is in a quiet cove, ready for you to make new memories!

This home is located close to the Bagnall Dam Strip, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. We look forward to hosting you at our home away from home!

Big Thunder Marine is less than 1 mile (by car) away from our lake home.

Minimum rental age is 35.

NO pets or smoking is allowed in home. If pets are found on the property, deposit will be automatically forfeited. No exceptions!

Nightly rates apply up to 8 adults, or any combination of adults and children not to exceed 8 personal total without prior approval by the owner.

NOTE: This is NOT a party home! Rental to responsible adults only. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. out of respect to our neighbors.

Family Getaway

We loved the Toasted Turtle! Beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Great dock for fishing, swimming and just hanging out. Close to great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Great family Vacation.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and had everything you needed to enjoy a day on the lake or an evening on the decks! Bbq grill was great fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal or grill on the deck. Dock had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the day. We will return.

Perfect family location

Property is just as described and pictured - decorated so cute, very clean and had all the things we needed! Great location for fishing and floating and relaxing! Owner was very responsive and we appreciated her checking in on us!

Quiet cove close to the strip.

This was a well kept, comfortable home. We enjoyed the quiet solitude of being tucked back in the cove, sitting on deck watching the deer. Boat dock was perfect for our boat.

Great lake house for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at The Toasted Turtle! The lake house is a good size and very cozy! The location is great for a fun and peaceful family vacation with just a short drive to restaurants. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is very responsive. We would definitely recommend it and will consider for our future lake vacation plans.

Perfect summer getaway

The Toasred Turtle is a perfectly located home that is equiped with everything you need. Nestled in the back of a quiet cove the dock is a wonderful place to spend the day swiming and soaking up the sun. It is 10min or less from mutiple on the water restaurants. Love this house!

Cute spacious house

The house is nice and close to convenient stores and restaurants in town. The cove is beautiful and quiet (even saw deer). Great for boats off the main channel. The house was very clean and felt like home. The teens loved their own rooms to unwind in late at night. We probably spent the most time on the dock honestly! Catching fish and swimming was great fun. Have to say during a thunderstorm their board game Monopoly Ozarks really saved the day. Would definitely come back for another family vacation!

Summer Weekend Fun

I can’t say enough good things about Audrey! She was a wonderful host. We had to change our plans a little and she was more than willing to help us out. The house was clean and well kept. The dock was a great place for us to hang out and keep our boat. We did have 8 people so we tried to use the air mattress, but it was a single and didn’t stay aired up. Other than that, we had a great time!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Toasted Turtle! It was a great location, close to the strip and several restaurants by water. The next-door neighbor was more helpful than she needed to be, but nice enough! Will look into this home again in the future.

Lake of the Ozarks 2021

Very lovely home, it is describes just as it is. We enjoyed our time there. Audrey is very responsive and makes your whole family feel welcome. The cove and dock were the biggest hit with our kids, the swimming was fun for all. With it being so warm, sitting on the dock gave you a breeze off the water that made it bearable. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to use your home. Hopefully next year we can make it work and stay again.

Toasted Turtle

House was perfect size and had everything we needed for a little weekend getaway. Extremely cozy and beds were awesome! Loved how Audrey had updated washer and dryers so that we could jump in the lake and immediately clean off. Dock was a great breakfast spot with great views and neighbors were extremely nice. 10/10!
