Host was very responsive, home was conveniently located and well stocked. Cleaning was less than desirable and home was worn down. Host quickly replaced towels and bedding but was unable to provide the deep clean and furniture update that the place desperately needs. With a small investment in cleaning and updating some beds and tv remotes, fixing carpet the place could be quite nice, as it is when we stayed I would not recommend a long stay.

Great house

Great house and location. Host was very responsive to questions. Great neighborhood with numerous walking trails. House was very large with plenty of room for three adults and 2 cats and 1 dog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome neighborhood and a lovely home

Awesome neighborhood and a lovely home! Yash provided a very kind snack basket when we arrived. There was extra toiletries in the bathrooms for guests, and the home was very cozy and clean! Definitely recommend.

It was great having Sheridan and group stay at my vacation rental. Sheridan's group followed all the house rules and left the place very clean and very tidy. I am looking forward to having Sheridan stay again.

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed our stay at Yash's beautifully update and decorated home. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer, modern kitchen, comfortable sofa, large TV and the bedding felt luxurious. The location is in a very quite neighborhood with many walking trails and only a short drive to nice restaurants. Yash was very attentive to any of our questions.

It was great having Virginia stay at my vacation rental. Virginia is a fantastic guest to have. Virginia’s group followed all the house rules and left the place very clean and very tidy. I am looking forward to having Virginia stay again. Always safe travels and great adventures!

In town for a wedding

Several family members gathered for a wedding. We needed a large house with room to move around. This home fit us to a tee. It had large comfortable rooms and beds and sufficient bathrooms to allow us to prepare in a timely manner. The best part was the large dining table that allowed all eight of us to sit and share breakfast; which was prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Perfect.

All the comforts of home

This well appointed home is in a beautiful neighborhood located about 25 minutes from the airport and close to major stores. The electric fireplace came on literally with the flick of a switch, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the basics including some staples like flour, sugar and spices. It also had a nice coffee/tea service area stocked with Starbucks Kcups. Other supplies included trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap and basic cleaning and laundry supplies. We were able to keep our infant daughter overnight and she slept comfortably in the port a crib they supplied. We also enjoyed getting to meet some friendly neighbors during our daily walks. The "Irish" home

First let me say that Yash was amazing in her communication with us before and during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and safe during our stay. We will have nothing but positive memories of the roomy, warm and comfortable house. But we experienced Austin at its worst possible time. We were there before, during and after the apocalypse of February 2021. People all over the area were experiencing power outages, broken pipes, no heat in homes, and not much food at the grocery. It was incredible. We couldn't leave the house safely for many days. Nevertheless, our house (Yash's house) somehow managed to escape all of these disasters. We had heat, we had electricity, and we had water (we did have to boil the water). And, luckily, we had done a major grocery shop just before the storms hit, so we had food. Somehow, our group of four adults, one three and a half year old, and a dog, still had enough room in the house to have our own space and enjoy our time together. So, I am sure that Yash must be Irish.

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and accessible to all our family. Yash was amazing and extremely helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Stay

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Our stay was short but was everything we had hoped- clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Yash is great and I definitely recommend her home if you are in the Austin-Round Rock area.

The house was clean and comfortable. We had a little issue with the A/C but the owner had it fixed very quickly!!! We would stay here again.

Feels like home away from home

Great peaceful location, short access to HEB, plenty of space for the family. This property was a great choice for our weekend trip with our family of 6 plus our pets. Owner is quick to respond and the house smelled so clean when we arrived. The home is equipped and stocked with basic necessities making this property a top choice for when we return to Austin again. Thank you Yash for sharing this home in such great condition making our visit worthwhile!

Temporary Home

We stayed in a gap during a move and really enjoyed this property. Well located and lots of room. Nice back yard that backs up to a green area. Owner was responsive to any questions.

Very comfortable home and quiet neighborhood. You need to be ok with stairs as rooms are upstairs. Very roomy and clean home. Great Host who responds quickly with any questions.

Beautiful home, excellent location, quiet neighborhood

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! First I have to say that Yash is incredibly kind, accommodating, and was avalible anytime we had a question. The neighborhood is delightfully friendly, clean, and quiet- we felt really safe there. The home is beautiful; well kept, comfortable beds, a great washer and dryer with plenty of space and room to be comfortable. Lastly, it is in a convenient location, very close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops.
