CACTUS RIVIERA is a very nice apartment with one bedroom. It is air-conditioned and completely renovated. It has an ideal location in the hyper-center on the famous pedestrian zone. You will find at the foot of the building, a multitude of restaurants and stores. The sea is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment.



The apartment has a modern design. Natural materials dress the interior : light wood flooring, rattan decorations, and stone walls in the bathroom and kitchen... The Scandinavian chairs, the ethnic decorations and the filament bulbs bring a trendy touch.

The room was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. All essentials looked after. The location was good in that it was very central to restaurants, shopping, waterfront and the tram-line. The apartment fronts on to a street laden with restaurant patios. That tended to be loud at night, especially on the weekend evenings.

Location Location Location

Everything worked wonderfully... Any issue we had was taken care of expeditiously. We were told we did not need to wait for resolution, that they had access to the apartment, however, I suggest that a card be left after entry as to who entered and that the matter was resolved. For ease, we booked the airport pick-up and return. My only suggestion on that would be to offer contact information pro-actively for the driver so one can reconfirm all is in order. As I titled this review, location, location, location. . .it was awesome! Everything nearby, convenient and easy. Five Stars!

Location was very central. Throughout our stay the access directly outside the door was pretty blocked by packages making it difficult to navigate with luggage. Not sure who they belonged to ??

Very well located pretty apartment

The location is brilliant, the apartment is very well furbished and has good windows in the sense that the street below is very busy but the noise does not really get into the apartment. A few little things did not work, but when I mailed Nestor and Jeeves they were resolved on the same day. The bed would be too small for two people who are not very close. But the ad says for a couple so thats is fairly advertised.

In the middle of the action!

This apartment is very nicely decorated and well appointed with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and nice bedding. As advertised, it is literally on Massena, directly above the crazy busy Nice Pedestrian Zone. It's a five minute walk to the sea and there are dozens of restaurants to choose from right downstairs. Unfortunately, that does mean there's a fair amount of noise from the crowds and relatively obnoxious street performers. However, that's easily solved at bedtime by downloading a Free White Sound App on your phone that completely wipes out the ambient night noise and early morning garbage collection racket. Really, the free app makes this place nearly perfect. One minor concern: If you're ultra sensitive to mildew, you'll want to walk the two flights up to the apartment vs. taking the elevator -- where the mildew aroma is trapped in the elevator shaft.. My wife is ultra sensitive to mold and mildew, but she took the stairs and did just fine. That's why we still gave this apartment five stars. If you want an super vibrant Nice experience, this is it.

Awesome apartment!! B

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! Firstly, the apartment was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was nice with great water pressure. The air conditioning was nice and cool. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you need for cooking any meal and we liked having the nespresso machine. The washer and dish washer also worked well. There was a nice television in the living room with internet connection and access to Netflix , international news, etc Secondly, the location could not be better! It is an easy 2 block walk to the beach and on the same street as the apartment there are a lot of really good restaurants, pastry shops, gelaterias , pharmacies and a grocery store around the corner. Also, I have to mention that the management company of the apartment was great and they were so nice and easy to work with. Obviously, we loved our stay here and look forward to returning!!!!!!!

Très agréable appartement très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple .

L’emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Nice. Le lit est très bon mais un peu petit.
