AH-B106 Family Tide, Completely Remodeled Ground Floor Condo, Overlooking Pool, Hot Tub

This ground-floor condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated with an Island Theme throughout. It is open, and spacious and overlooks the shared pool/hot tub. Within walking distance to the Scenic Port A Marina and the Ferry Landing, 0.5 miles to shops, restaurants, and bars, and 1.3 miles to the beach.
The large living room has ample seating for guests with a love seat, a reclining sofa, an oversized reclining chair, TV, Cable, and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area has a table and bench seating for 6. The galley-style kitchen is accommodating for all cooks with new stainless steel appliances, a large fridge with an ice maker, and granite counter space for prepping, furnished with basic pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back patio with a view of the shared pool and hot tub. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a twin-size bed with a pull-out trundle, TV, closet, and chest. The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. The master bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand, TV, and accent chair. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. This unit also has a washer & dryer.

Family Tides Aransas Harbors

It was a very pleasant stay. The condo was decorated beautifully. It was super clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were also in excellent condition and very clean. We look forward to going back there!

Graduation weekend stay

We took both of our nieces down to Port A for the weekend - it's what they wanted to do for their graduation trip! The property was super convenient in town, super quiet, awesome condo! We were all plenty comfortable, loved the condo and would love to stay here again!

Beach Getaway

Cute condo! Easy access to beach and restaurants. I would suggest put some area rugs down on the wood floors to help absorb sounds. If someone is on the kitchen you can hear them in the bedroom.

Cleaning crew

So the cleaning crew showed up 30 min before check in. They were there maybe 20 25 min then left. The tubs were not very clean. Don't know if the linens where changed.

Dirty sheets and missing pillows

Ive stayed at Aransas Harbors before in other Condos without issue but this one was truly disappointing. The sheets were clearly dirty and when I called to ask for pillows since there were none in the second bedroom, I was told housekeeping would bring some but they never showed up. I called again and had to leave a message that nobody ever returned. I ended up having to wash all the bedding myself. Id think twice before staying here again especially since the office does nothing to fix the issues or return calls.

Condo was remarkable and property had everything you need Damage on ceiling in guest bath, seems like toilet from upstairs may be leaking but did not affect my stay and would not discourage me from staying again

Very comfortable and homey

Super pleased with this property. Property looked exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is small but has all needed items plus some. Full size appliances and easy to make any meal. The pool and community BBQ was right outside our patio door. The pool was down for a few days and that was disappointing but we did get to enjoy it one day. Loved that there was a full size washer and dryer on site. more than enough linens for all beds plus some. Very large closets and nice sized bathrooms. Property is on the bayside but we had golf carts and could get to the beach within 5 minutes. For sure would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Great place to stay - clean, great amenities, and close to all Port A has to offer!

We had a great time. We arrived to a very clean condo. Beds were comfortable, AC cold, and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the huge living room tv and all the streaming/cable options. Only complaint was being on the bottom floor as we had some very active upstairs neighbors. Highly reccomended!
