This updated 2nd-floor studio is perfect for your next vacation! Be wowed when you walk into the kitchen with a bright tile backsplash and fun chalk wall mural. Find the appliances you need and all the utensils and dishes, too! (*No dishwasher*) Coat hooks are just inside for your convenience. The nearby dining table seats three under the large window. Play cards or your favorite board game or enjoy a leisurely meal. Painted wood-paneled walls, fun colors and island décor bring the beach feeling inside. The comfy couch and ottoman are perfect for watching the wall-mounted flat-screen TV any time. Borrow a book from the boat-shaped bookshelf to enjoy while lounging on the beach. Fresh coral bedding will help you sleep great in two Queen beds. Bedside lamps mounted to the wall mean you won't disturb any roommates. The full bathroom separates the sink from the stool and tub/shower, so two people can get ready at once. Extra counter space and storage by the bathroom sink keeps your things conveniently within reach. Amenities include: Iron, Ironing board, TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the beach, 2 Shared Community Pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Beach view obstructed, long walk to the beach. Faucet in shower leaked, water pressure sucked. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. Quiet area!

Lovely condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was a cute little condo that had everything you needed for your stay. Staff we very friendly, loved that they have 2 pools and bbq grills with picnic tables all throughout the property. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you.

Nice getaway

We were looking for a nice little place for our family of four near the beach. This was definitely what we were looking for. The communication before our stay was very good. One minor thing, there were only three chairs for dining. Overall a nice experience.

Girls trip

The fridge did not work properly after putting all our groceries in so we had to lug a huge ice chest up the stairs to save our food. Tried making coffee and the whole pot leaked all over the counter. Asked for an extra blanket and there was not one. Not sure we would rebook this unit again

Memorial Weekend

We stayed here for Memorial weekend. It was cute & clean. The beds were a little hard but that’s expected when you’re not sleeping at home. Location was great. The pool was clean. The one thing I might try to clean up or change out was the bathroom shower caddy and the freezer tray. We really only stayed in the place to sleep so over all it did the job we needed it to. 🙂 We would stay again.

Spring Break 2021

Surface areas were not wiped down at all. Found pee stains on the toilet and coffee stains in the kitchen area. My wipes were filthy. Had someone from the management company just walk into our room without knocking. Had the cleaning team knocking on our door 45min before our check out. Very taken back by my experience.

Great time in Aransas!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a week of relaxation and vacation getaway. Our condo was perfect for the two of us and very nice location to everything in Port Aransas. We rented a golf cart and it was so nice to go to dinner, the beach and the grocery store! We will be back!
