Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.
The home's elevator is not available for guest use. If you are in need of special accommodations, please send a request at least a week before arrival. If approved, the elevator may be turned on for an additional cost.
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
IMPORTANT: The carriage house will not be available for use May 15 2024 through August 1 2024. Bookings within these dates will only have access to the main home. Rates and cleaning fees have been adjusted to reflect this.
