Well appointed beachfront high end apartment on 2nd level in private complex. 200 square meter (2200 square ft) with private underground parking, high end appliances and all amenities. 3 large bedrooms and two baths (includes 1 ensuite with spa bath) with beautiful covered sundeck overlooking Marine Parade and the ocean. Lots of Room!!! 1 Master King bed, 1 queen and 3 singles in end room. Sleeps 7 . Strictly only mature guests welcome and NO PARTIES!. This complex has permanent owners living there so Body Corporate rules need to be followed . No Pets or Smoking allowed inside. A Copy of Body Corp rules are inside when you arrive. SKY SPORTS/NEWS Plus all Smart TV internet stuff . Enjoy your stay!!

Can’t wait to return

The beautiful condo does not dissapoint. Location can’t be beaten. So easy to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Pilot Bay and Mauao . The view is awesome. Be sure to get out of bed early enough to watch the amazing sunrises. 2024 was our second stay there and we can’t wait to go back.

Great place at the Mount

Stayed here with my family and parents recently. Was a great location on Marine Parade, with a fantastic view. Check in was seamless and the apartment had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in New Zealand !

Dreamy Family Beach Stay

This was our second stay in this property and we have loved it once again. The location is superb- right in the heart of the Mt and across from the beach. The condo itself has the most lovely design and layout that is spacious and modern, but still warm and inviting, and functions well for our large, multi generational party. Our favourite features are the floor to ceiling picture windows framing the front of the condo looking over the beach- views for days! Pantry has been consistently well stocked, linens/towels are plentiful and luxurious, and having a washer/dryer in the unit is just so convenient for longer stays or any length of stay when kids are involved. The hosts and property managers are friendly, responsive, and readily available if needed. At this point I can’t imagine us staying anywhere else when we come to visit! Highly recommend!

Great summer holiday!!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous beachside apartment over Xmas and New Years 2023/24! The main beach view was spectacular, close to shops, restaurants, hot pools, beach, mall, movie theatre, and Mt Maunganui walking track. The apartment had everything including Sky, Netflix, WiFi, BBQ, air con, 2 carparks, and very attentive and kind property managers - simply superb! Our family had such a memorable time - we would definitely book it again, we loved it.

Mt Maunganui Apartment

The apartment was in a fabulous location, easy walk to shops and restaurants etc, as well as being across the road to the beach! We had a great weekend, with some wonderful weather. The apartment is light filled and spacious with a great outside dining table option. Our only negative would be that us is tired and desperately needs some upgrading. Bad stains in the master toilet, mould in certain areas of very old carpet (hidden behind chairs), rust on the towel rail, stains on the mattress protectors (and mattress in master) and some of the blinds desperately need replacing. We were also greeted with a fridge filled with other people’s left overs ( meat wrapped in glad wrap from a used roast, half used dips and cheeses, old vegetables, half used milk bottles etc). we thought it was odd to have left that in there. Even though there were a few improvements to be made, it was a great place due to views, space and location. A few tweaks and it would be brilliant!

Lovely apartment holiday

Great family reunion

We had a great time at this beautiful property. It was lovely and spacious with views to die for. Wish we had of stayed longer ☀️😊 . It was lovely to come back to NZ for Easter and have a long over due catch-up with family. Thanks again for everything.

Ideal location

Beautiful condo in an ideal location, right across from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants, shops and Mauao. It is very spacious, tastefully decorated and has wonderful light. The kitchen is very well appointed with anything you would need for entertaining or just daily living. The property manager’s response to any issues is timely and efficient. What more do you need for a perfect vacation stay?

Spacious apartment in ideal location

A great apartment with super outlook to beach in prime location for us, handy to everything at the Mount. Good bedrooms and bathrooms, large well-appointed kitchen, good living areas plus sunny deck with table and good basement parking. Everything was as we had hoped and would love to stay again

Lovely Views

Property was bright, clean, and tidy, with just the most gorgeous views out to the beach from the kitchen/dining/living areas, making even rainy days enjoyable. The layout of the home is functional for our group of 7, and very spacious, allowing for each to have their own space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and essentials. The property managers were super quick to respond when we had some difficulty with the washing machine (they had asked if we needed it fixed for the remainder of our stay, but because it was such a short stay we didn’t need that to happen). Highly recommend for a truly luxurious experience, particularly for older folks who can take advantage of lift access, designated parking, and proximity to the beach!

Highly recommended property.

Great communication prior to check in, and everything was a breeze. The property is fantastic - right across the road from the beach, with 2 car parks in the basement. A 10 minute walk in to town and the many restaurants, and 10 minutes to the hot pools. Everything there that you could need for an enyoyable few days at the Mount.

Amazing stay at Mount Maunganui!

We thoroughly loved our stay at Erin and Amanda’s amazing property at the Mount. The apartment is large, spacious and modern with great views of the ocean right outside the window. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to NZ.

My wife and I really enjoyed our three night stay at this flat. The location is ideal for an exploration of the Bay of Plenty, but we enjoyed staying because the flat is opposite a lovely section of the beach yet close enough to walk into the commercial part of town or hike Mt. Maunganui. Even on bad weather days you can't beat the wonderful view. Pictures accurately depict what you'll find, and the flat is very clean and well-maintained. Loved the wonderful showers, excellent basement parking, top quality appliances, and all the pots/pans/dishware you'd need to cook nice meals. Loved the views and really enjoyed our visit.

Fabulous apartment in central location, great owners

We rented this apartment as a base to work from, access the sporting venues close to the Mount and with good access to restaurants. The property was exactly as advertised however the view was even better than the pictures! Additionally the owners were very accommodating in making arrangements and checking in. Would totally recommend the apartment and the experience.

Beach front- ocean and sand views. Watch the surf all day and enjoy a wine with friends on the Private deck behind tinted glass ballistrade (Very Private for the Mount!!!) . One of the larger sized apartments in Mount Maunganui that captures morning sun on the deck facing ocean, and afternoon sun! Where is the best place to eat your bacon and eggs in the Mount.- Umm on our deck! -Enjoy you holiday.

Across the street (Marine pde) is as always voted NZ's finest beach. 3 minute walk to the best restaurants and bars in New Zealand. Outside shower for beach goers . Easy walks to Pilot bay and around the Mount .Entertainers delight! 5 min drive to New World supermarket Just wait till you get there!!
