All in all, our home is a perfect setting for an entire family to bond and make wonderful and magical memories together!

During the COVID, this is a perfect place to come and relax with family. We have setup an enhanced cleaning protocol for the guest's safety. You can set up your work station with FREE WIFI while the kids and family relaxes and enjoys the Pool/Spa, Themed Harry Potter and Frozen Rooms - both of which have changing LED lights with music. Your children will love this including the games room with Pool table, TV, Foosball table, Board games and more.

This luxurious 3354 square foot, open planned, seven bedroom villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. Your nearest neighbor is a nature park which gives you the poolside semi-privacy that is great to find. If you want to take a walk in the nature park, the path is just a 5 minute walk away. But if the wilderness seems too daunting, take comfort in the fact that there is plenty of shopping and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.

Best of all it is located only THREE STOPLIGHTS TO DISNEY! It is the perfect place, after a full day at the park, to quickly come home and relax. You can sit back in the sun, or the shade of a lanai, by a screened private pool (the largest you will find in Emerald Island) and clear bubbling hot tub. In the evening there is an Incredible Game Room where you can play pool or foosball.

This villa features both formal and casual living rooms, with comfortable sofas in each area. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests. Welcome to spacious and beautiful Theme Roomed Mickey's Mansion which caters to everyone's needs. We have 6 Theme Bedrooms,

Parking for atmost 6 cars and no guests are allowed to access the property. Resort fee of $20/car is charged to issue a security key-card. The fee for 2 cars is included in the fee section

When arrive house was super hot call host and after she said she felt asleep but my family and grandkids slept horrible in the heat no one came till the next day then top it microwave went out. Also the iron has a shortage in it. You can’t use it to iron your clothes.and Liz walked in with out even knocking to tell us about the trash want rent again !!!!

Convenient and spacious

Would recommend for a large group who needs easy access to Disney. We came for our child’s competition at ESPN and it was very convenient to get back and forth. Lots of room to spread out, newly updated bathrooms, pool access and quaint neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible and neighborhood was quiet.

Wonderful

Overall amazing place. The house was beautiful, the weather beautiful. The pool was cold, but the kids enjoyed it. And if i had one negative, maybe a pizza pan for cooking?? But otherwise, our family vacation was a success. Thank you for sharing withbus.

There were so many problems with Mickey's Mansion. When were arrived, the pool was ice cold. I had paid for it to be heated. The hot tub was also coldThe kitchen does not have adequate pans (there was a 8X8 pan to bake with} or bowls (1 large plastic bowl with a burn mark on the side) to cook with. The ice maker does not work. The dishwasher seal is broken. Several outlets in the house do not work. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, there were extra pillows and no pillowcases, they want you to wash all the towels before you leave. 2 of the bathrooms had mold in them. There is nothing to clean with. The game room has a broken foosball table and old pool table in the garage. There were no batteries or backs on several of the tv remotes. There were a lot of missing light bulbs in the lights, The entry light flickers after having them fix it. Someone did put in light bulbs in and put a cover over a electrical outlet but never fixed the outlet.The decorations are broken. The furniture is dated.We called the management company and all they did was give us a couple spoons and a song snd dance about the pool heater.

We stayed in mickeys mansion at the end of July / August, there was 15 of us and the space was perfect, great facilities, great host and excellent communications throughout. The owner kindly allowed us a late checkout. Definitely recommended.

Fun Family Vacation

The owner Jim is very gracious and kind! We had several conversations that were delightful. He called after we checked in to make sure the door code worked and that everything was satisfactory. He even sent me a text message to make sure we arrived home safely!

Heater for pool and hot tub would not heat. Owner did reimburse for cost of heater. Beds were not comfortable. No bath mats to step on and no extra towels. Trash around the property. Master shower had black mildew.

Fantastic house

Excellent location to Disney parks, house was the perfect size for our family. There are 2 masters one on main level which made it perfect for grandma and grandpa to not have to go up and down the stairs! Everyone loved the pool table and foosball table. Outside area is nice with part of the patio covered to give some shade on hot days. We would highly recommend this property.

My family and I loved this home. Very spacious. We had a total of 13 and everybody was comfortable. One suggestion is to have more wash cloths and oven mitts but other than that excellent!

The perfect house

Outside of it being just a little outdated, the house was perfect! We had 16 people and it accommodated everyone. We had a great time at the pool every night, and cooked everyday. What made the stay beyond perfect was the communication with the owner. Everything was explained in full detail, and she went above and beyond to make our stay even better by letting us check in extremely early because we drove 16hrs to get there, and got there a lot earlier than expected. Will always be grateful for that!

Communication and Amenities

The house was spacious and cozy. However, we noticed that the entire house was a little dusty and furniture was a little outdated. Unable to manage the pool and hot tube function. What it make us very upset was that one day a lady came over to the house and started complaining about the garbage, one of our family members brought out some boxes and put them on the garbage can not knowing that needed to be put in in a garbage bag, we understand that the villa had some rules but it was more the way she approached us, and she also started complaining about the nex house's garbage can overflowing something that it didn't really concern us, she also came inside the house to showed me and read the rules about the garbage. At the time my family was having breakfast, we found this very disturbing and disrespectful, she stated she was the person in charge of maintenance or something. Me and my family didn't appreciate that. Hope no one else experience anything like this because it really ruined your day. Once again is the way you approached situations.

Plenty of space for everyone. The pictures online are a little deceiving.(meaning the pool and the game room appear much grander than they are)The bathrooms could use some upgrades and it is hard to sleep with the temperature so warm. Over all it was good though.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved this property! I cannot say enough about the kindness and courtesy of the homeowners. Jim was very responsive to any questions that I had. We loved the house, the pool, and the location. The house is very spacious and our group of 11 never felt crowded. The game room and the pool were a hit with the kids. I think the adults enjoyed the pool as much as the kids did! We did have the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature, even for night swimming. We have stayed at numerous vacations homes when visiting Disney World and we will definitely be booking Mickey's Mansion again!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property and property management was amazing! There was 11 of us staying and we all had an amazing time. There was an incident with a leak and the property management was out ASAP to fix it, and questions or concerns during the entire stay was answered immediately. The property was very clean and spacious, the updates I would recommend would be a few of the mattesses could be replaced or a puffy mattress topper placed on them, because the springs can be felt through, and also place a handicap rails in the bathroom. My uncle has a bad knee and they would have been helpful. Overall the property was perfect and we will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Disappointment Mansion

The house was not clean, rugs and couch was stained, floors sticky, 1 pan to cook with all others were burnt on and unusable, bathroom mats were dirty, hot tub heat didn’t work.

Everything was exactly as pictured

We had a party of 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the house without bumping into each other. The kids loved swimming in the pool every chance they could. We went in the beginning/middle of October and the pool was just warm enough to swim. I would suggest anyone renting after us to defintely opt for the pool heating. After checking in, we decided we wanted a grill and contacted the owner. He was immediately available for our request and had the grill delivered as soon as possible. The location of the neighborhood is secluded from all the traffic and hustle from being in Orlando/Kissimmee, but is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the Disney Parks. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house and we would book again in the future.
