Welcome to Our Lake House Cottage.

We have just finished building our dream house cottage. We based this cottage on places we have traveled and fell in love with, so unwind and have a relaxing vacation when you stay at our 3 -bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the Heart of Osage Beach, Missouri. Comfortably accommodating 8 guests, this property is perfect for families, friends, or couples traveling together. Conveniently located in the Heart of Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks with many amenities and attractions you're sure to make lasting memories when you stay at this vacation rental home-cottage.

The Master is an Ensuite and Bathroom 2 is common shared
Located in the Heart of Osage Beach, guests are close to restaurants, hospitals, and shopping/grocery stores and within walking distance to the Outlet Mall. As this property is nestled in the tree tops, you still have the additional amenities of the shared boat dock, swim platform and firepit by the water.
We tried to think of everything. This cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking and BBQ needs. We have a full size gas grill on the patio or dock. So sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of the lake and nature while sitting on our tree top patio.
--KEY RESIDENCE FEATURES_
Walk in Cottage - Handicap Accessible with ramp. Fully equipped kitchen, Air-Conditioning units in each room for your comfort levels, Free Wifi, Flat screen TV's in each room, In unit washer/dryer, Ample amount of parking for your boat or cars and much more.
We also supply all the toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, bath soaps and laundry soap. So, just pack your clothes and food of choice and come relax at the lake house cottage!
Water Toys: We have a paddle boat, kayaks, and water matt on the dock for your use.

We want your vacation experience to be everything you hoped for and exactly what you needed. To make it easy, we offer world-class support seven days a week, and make sure our property is safe, clean and ready for your stay.

No view of the lake.

We chose this location because we thought we would get to spend most of our time down by the lake - fishing, swimming and just hanging out. The description states 20-30 steps but NOT a huge steep driveway down to those steps. We were not able to spend any time by the lake due to the walk to it. There is no view from the house to the lake. It was a huge disappointment to all of us.

The Lake House

The bed in the master is OUTSTANDING! I appreciated the accessibility for my significant other. The place was immaculate when we arrived. It certainly has a homey cabin feel to it. We were most comfortable. I appreciate the brochures in the living room introducing us to Harmy's cheese shop! I would've never known about it otherwise. I miss it soo much.

Exactly as advertised

This property was exactly as they advertised on VRBO. It was very clean, very well decorated and most importantly, very homey. Was very comfortable! A bit of a hump down to the fire ring and dock, but overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Centrally located beautiful home

We came down for a quick weekend getaway. The house is centrally located to everything. The decor was amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was spotless! Beds were really comfy. Overall atmosphere was very “homey” and so relaxing. Had to contact the owner to change the number of people and she responded within minutes. Very nice to work with. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Cozy getaway

The house was perfect for us! It was very easy to check in and you walk into the cleverly decorated Lake of the Ozarks home. The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy, especially with the lit up Christmas tree. We had a nice, big kitchen too, While it was easy to walk down to the fire pit and dock, it was much harder to walk up, but it was worth seeing the inlet. The property managers did a great job sharing information with me and replying back to any question I had. We enjoyed our mini- vacation here!

Great house and great location

This house is located in the middle of everything. Real close to grocery stores, shops, and main road. Lovely house, just like pictured. Kitchen area was very spacious. The only downside was the fire pit and dock were a lot farther from the house than expected. Too step a hill to access the dock and fire pit for us.

The perfect relaxing lake place

We loved staying at this new, sparkling clean home. So many lovely and unique touches, like the natural log bed frames and beautiful light wood vaulted ceiling in the kitchen/hearth room. Sitting on the deck feels like being in a treehouse; we spotted a downy woodpecker in the branches above us. The dock is delightful to spend days playing on the water with the paddle board, lily pad, kayaks and paddle boat, and the evenings at the patio table with a glass of wine and the lighted palm tree. The cove is peaceful and provided a true oasis from our workaday lives.

Cabin vibes

Pro's: property was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Manager took care of a repair very efficiently. Dock was very nice and had kayaks, paddle boat, Lilly pad. Location was very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Con's: there were no locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors. No second emergency exit. No view of lake from the back deck. Steep incline down to dock with lots of steps.

Grear Lake House!

We really enjoyed staying here one night and wished we ciouod have stayed longer! The house is beautiful and we appreciated the water toys. My two sons loved the kayaks! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Very nice home.

We loved the home and how it is decorated. Check in is easy and painless. Things to be aware of if you have children is the back patio door does not have a latch on it to lock it and the patio is about 20ft off the ground as the home is built into a hill. Also it is not exactly on the water, there are homes between tje water and this home. This was not an issue for us this time if year but during summer it should be considered based on the activities intended. I strongly recommend for a nice basecamp in the area.

Beautiful House!

We had an amazing stay! The house was so cozy, clean, and beautiful! We seriously never wanted to leave! We will have to book this place again in the summer! But we had a great and relaxing time 😊

Amazing weekend

This house is beautiful, clean, and perfect! The owners designed the house in such a creative way, and every detail is so interesting and unique. We loved discovering each special quality all weekend, for example the sinks in the bathroom, the beautiful doors, the hand crafted beds, and more. The house is in a great location and was easy to find and also close to restaurants and stores if needed. The outdoor living area is large and so fun for the kids and adults both. They let the kids use the kayaks, paddle boards, and lily pad, and that made their weekend!! The owners are so friendly and accommodating. They gave us restaurant recommendations, and they were fun to talk to! We highly recommend this house and hope to come back again!! Thank you for a perfect getaway!!
