3 bedroom waterfront home Large dock and great swim area 4 KAYAKS + PADDLEBOAT

Enjoy all the lake has to offer from a perfect 10mm location! Our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront home is right on the water with just a few steps to the dock where you’ll find a 28’ boat slip, a large swim platform and wet steps stairs right into the lake. Plenty of furniture on the deck for your whole group including a table and chairs for lakeside dining. Plenty of parking and trailer storage to bring your boat. Beautiful end of cove location with great water for swimming for a private, peaceful getaway. Enjoy the 4 kayaks provided plus our paddleboat to explore the area and fish right from the dock!

New HVAC for our 2025 season!




We have removed our boat lifts to accommodate more guests.

We have have approximately 8’ of water under the dock in season and a deeper channel through our cove for great swimming and easy boat access.

Ameren lowers lake levels over the winter and returns it to normal by may. Our cove is still navigable by boat year round.

The home is on a shared private road that we pay to maintain, we ask that you keep speeds to below 15 mph and tread lightly.

The house was very clean & well equipped.It was 99 when we arrived and the air conditioning worked great. One of the reasons that we chose this house was the nice dock on the premises. My husband enjoyed fishing there, although we knew that fishing is not good in August at the Lake of the Ozarks. It was well lit at night so we could continue fishing after dark. There was plenty of furniture on the dock, although it was very heavy to move so I would suggest bringing some butterfly chairs if you want to move them easily all over the dock for fishing. We did not use the kayaks or the paddle boat, but I can see where a family of younger people would really enjoy them. Also, the stairway going down to the dock, was easy to navigate because it wasn’t steep and had walkways in between each set of stairs. There was Roku on the TV set so we found plenty of movies to watch which was a big plus to us because we like to watch TV at night. The kitchen area was small but adequate and well stocked with the items that you need. I wish it would’ve had another small cabinet with shelves to put away our non-refrigerated food as it had to sit on the countertop since every kitchen cabinet was full of the necessities. This was not a big deal, but I think a small empty cabinet would be a plus. The one thing that we both really didn’t like was that the main bathroom light & fan were on the same switch so that the fan was on all the time and it was very loud! Overall, this is an excellent property.

Check in was seamless. Cabin was clean and location was perfect. Our kids loved fishing off the dock; they were catching a lot of blue gills. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, especially the king bed. Otherwise it was a great home!

Excellent place to stay, swim and relax. Located at end of a cove so very peaceful and quiet. Great bars and restaurants close by, by water or car. They need a bigger grill.

Amazing property with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Stayed for a week, wish it was a month. Very quiet at the end of a cove, 8-10 ft of water off the dock. Plenty wildlife everyday, deer, herron, turtles, bass, catfish to name a few of the species. House was very clean and stocked with anything needed. Highly recommend booking your stay here. Thank you!

Excellent Property and Host

Clean and spacious. Provided everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and food market. Provided for fun on the water. Excellent communication with host. Well equipped lodging. Convenient parking and access to the lake. Watercraft provided as advertised. Missing essential item rapidly replaced by host. Would return for another visiit.

A friends getaway

Got away with a few buddies for the weekend for a small gathering prior to a wedding, was a great set up, beautiful view of small cove off dock, easy access, quick access to surrounding areas via car. Highly recommend renting from Nick!

Peaceful Cove

The listing was accurate. We did not encounter any issues at the property. The location is quiet and peaceful. We fished off the dock every day. Nick was quick to respond to any questions I had for him. It was a very peaceful stay.

Beautiful house with a great deck on a very quiet cove. Great swimming area in the back of a cove. We saw deer, blue herrins, and ducks all weekend.

Perfect spot back in a cove with deep water

House was great and private, dock was pretty nice! If anything I wish there were water run to it, but not a big deal!! Plenty of room to fit a 51 Outerlimits back in the cove and no worry of the boat getting beat up from wakes!!

Lake life

Extremely clean house with the perfect spot for swimming or gazing. Last house at the end of a beautiful cove so you feel like you’re alone. Definitely a top 10.

Pure Relaxation

Nick was prompt & precise with information/ instructions about the check in process and stay. We enjoyed the nice roomy dock for fishing and swimming from. The property is at the end of the cove so it was pretty quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. Lastly, this property was super clean and in fact it was impressively clean. Parking was a little tight with a 12' trailer we used to transport the motorcycles so be prepared. We saw lots of deer every day.
