That feeling when you come back to the property and the person who is most involved in the cleaning process is all smiles? That's a great feeling, and that's what happened after Erin stayed at our home. From A to Z she was incredible. Very highly recommended and we'd be honored to have her back anytime.

We continue to be so fortunate in the guests that we have. Jen and her family were nothing short of incredible. Her communication before, during, and after her stay was impeccable. The home looked exactly like people cared greatly about taking care of it. I can only hope Jen would like to stay again some day. If she wants to rent from you, consider yourself a lucky one immediately.

Lori and her family were simply wonderful to have this experience with from start to finish. Feel very fortunate if she has interest in booking your home. So incredible to come home and smile ear to ear at how Donna took impeccable care of everything. Feel very fortunate if she chooses to rent from you. We can only hope she'll want to come back again 💝

We stayed at this property for my daughter’s college graduation from Liberty University. The property was very close and convenient to the university with many nice amenities. The pond beach area was actually very relaxing and we enjoyed using that and going out on the boat on the pond. There were plenty of bedroom and bathroom facilities for our group, the kitchen was very nice. Overall, it was a great experience. Ryan was easy to work with and communicated very efficiently.

Great Stay, Would Return

We stayed at the property with a group of adult leaders for our church youth group. We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great at communication and went above and beyond. They even had some water, snacks, and more available for us. Everything was taken care of. If we ever need accommodations in the area, we would definitely rent again.

Awesome home for all ages

Our family rented the home to gather for thanksgiving. It’s the perfect home for all ages to have a relaxing fun time together. The hosts were wonderful to work with, super friendly and prompt with all communication. They also stocked the home with everything you could possible need far beyond any VRBO we have rented before. Thank you Ryan and Chantal for the perfect thanksgiving get away!

Every now and then you run into a renter that goes above and beyond in caring about how they take care of a place while they're there, and how they leave a place when they depart. Debbie is that renter. It was incredible to walk in to the house after she and family were gone and see the lengths Debbie had gone to leave it like she found it. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience, Debbie. You're a gem.

Wonderful Property

This was a wonderful property for our stay for Liberty University Graduation 2023. It is close the University in a residential neighborhood but feels very private and secluded. The house is roomy and 8 of us stayed comfortably. The screened in porch overlooking the pond was my favorite spot. The owner was great to work with and super responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Following Anna and her groups stay, it was said that "the only way you could tell they were there were by a few of the essentials that were used". That feeling of coming home to a renter who has treated the home with that level of care could never get old. Anna was simply amazing from the time she booked the home until the wonderful words she left today. It was a privilege to have someone in our home like that. You are beyond fortunate if you ever have the chance to rent to Anna, and I say that without hesitation. Thank you for being so amazing.

Our family of 7 (2 adults + 5 kids) stayed here for my husband’s PhD graduation from Liberty. We loved every part of this house. The kids especially loved the gameroom and basketball goal. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area is beautiful and peaceful, and we loved the neighborhood. The home is located minutes away from anything you might need or want but feels like you are tucked away in the woods. We will definitely come back!

There's a special ingredient people who rent vacation homes, or are close to someone who does, have that just provides the wow factor when you come back and see the property. Parris is one of those people, and I can say 100% that we were lucky she chose to stay with us. The home was impeccable upon return. The laundry process was started. It literally seemed like no one had been there. Consider yourself beyond fortunate should Parris choose to rent from you. We can only hope she'll choose us again some day.

Family Time and LU Visit

This is a new favorite home away from home for our family. We stayed here while taking a family trip to visit our daughter, who is a student at Liberty Univ. The location to campus was excellent while also providing a secluded getaway. The amenities and environment are phenomenal. All the little details including the decor, twinkling lights, boats for the pond, coffee bar, screened porch overlooking the pond, retro video game, etc make this a wonderful place and were all appreciated. Ryan’s communication is fantastic and he went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. This rental is a must see gem… my children have all said we have to stay here again the next time we visit LU.

I don't think nicer words have ever been said from a renter on any site the home is on. But that falls straight in-line with how you took care of the place, with the person who cleans-up saying "this is amazing. I hope they come back again."

Paradise Near Lynchburg

If you're looking for a five-star getaway, this is the property for you. We rented this property for our son's graduation weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Ryan was on top of every aspect of our stay. The house is very private and offers all the amenities you could possibly desire. The great room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept and this area opens up to a screened-in porch and open deck overlooking the pond out back. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offered a ton of space for a family of 6. The house offers everything you would need for a home away from home. The welcome package was incredible and provided more extras than we could use. Fishing on the pond was also a highlight during our stay. We caught some sizable fish and it made the adventure even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a spot to really kickback and relax, I would definitely recommend this property. From the personal touches to the home itself, you just can't go wrong. Thanks again for a lifetime memory!!!

Very nice house on pond

The house was secluded on a pond that is shared with one other house. The owners added several nice touches, including snacks and some breakfast foods. Nights were quiet. The owners communicated with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. We would like to visit again in nicer weather.
