"Welcome to Ocean Reef, Gulf Shores, Alabama! This delightful two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo offers a comfortable and fully equipped vacation space for guests. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the loft bedroom upstairs has a king-size bed and bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, providing ample space for the entire family. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and there's also a shared half bathroom in the hall. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on-site for your convenience.

Surrounding the condo, you'll find a beautiful pool area, barbecue space with picnic tables, covered parking, direct beach access, and more. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, the property is just a short walk from the world-famous Hangout, along with numerous shopping and dining options.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), bookings made before October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st vary between three or seven nights based on unit specifications.

Professionally managed by Poole & Associates,
this property requires parking passes, with a limit of two passes per reservation for a maximum of two cars. Linens are provided, although guests should bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of essential items.

Policies specify that renters must be at least 25 years old, present a photo ID at check-in, and adhere to a no smoking and no pets rule. Please call for monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February."

Check in was very simple. Apartment was very clean, organized and we'll stocked with cooking utensils. Beds were very comfortable, overall it felt like home away from home.

Perfect Location

Cute little place that was perfect for us! We visited for the Sand In My Boots Festival and the location was perfect for walking to the concerts. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Check in was texted to me and the check out process was very easy! They had a nice pool and you can walk right down to the beach.

great place for price

I would stay here again. It is a good price for space and location, short walk through small parking lot to the beach. Convenient to walking to stores and restaurants. What I wish was better....food from previous rental was still in oven, a cleaning glove was left on deck, front door handle is loose, dishes in cabinets were very unorganized all types mixed together so it was hard to find stuff(like all bowls or all pans were not together),there were very small bath towels and 1 per person, no extra at all and no hand towels, for a 6 night stay! there is also no chairs on deck , we did really enjoy our stay, we weren't looking for high price and all the extras so this was perfect, I will say it is a noisy location over the pool, and the deck overlooking the road, but nothing that would make me not stay again

Gulf Shores trip

We loved our condo. Only issue we had was that several outlets did not work. We couldn’t plug in to things which made it inconvenient. It was also very noisy being by the street. Next time I’d like a beach front property. Our place was very clean and kept up well. We had everything we needed. Maybe a broom would have been nice for the sand! Enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Nice Place

The property was as pictured and very clean. The management company was extremely quick to answer questions and very friendly. The listing stated that the balcony was under construction and could not be used. We were pleasantly surprised that the construction on our unit was over and we were able to use the balcony. Beautiful weather and a short walk to the beach.

Just right

Booked a last minute get away. Property was clean except for shower curtain and beer can on the porch deck. The covered parking was nice. Access to the beach was an easy walk. Wish they had a rinse off station as you come back from the beach. Pizza, ice cream and souvenir stores are right across the road.

My experience

The house was real cute, but the floors underneath the couches still had food underneath them. The entry rug was rolled up and just as soon as I came through the door, I tripped over it and the shower would always back up when in use and the closet floors was filthy and had dust and ponytail holders underneath the little table. It said it had an Oceanview but it did not. Very disappointed about that.

We had a great time and this property was close enough to walk to eat, shop, go to the beach, and many other things they have to offer on the strip. We had a great time and would love to do again.

Dirty, Stained, Lacking Creator Comforts

The bed comforters were stained badly along with two mattresses, lending us to questions the cleanliness of everything. The carpeting was also stained badly. The facility is in disrepair and lacks maintenance of electrical conduit, exposing some wiring at the parking stall. Laundry is coin operated, without a coin dispenser machine. Would NOT stay at this property again!

First time in Gulf Shores

It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we had a wonderful time. The condo was nice. The rug in the living room should probably be switched out, our whole family tripped over it almost every time we walked in the front door. The couches weren't super comfortable because they had plywood under the cushions which was rather strange, but we spent most of our time at the beach so not a huge deal. We were pleasantly surprised at the large space in the loft. It was lots of room for us and our small children. Carrying all of our luggage up the spiral staircase wasn't fun, but we were prepared since we saw it in the pictures. All in all great time and we'll definitely be coming back.

Great location!

Loved the location! Items that were mention on a previous review that were supposely fixed were not. There was still the tripping issue with a rug. Could be cute, needs an update really bad.. just get rid of all the heavy curtains everywhere would help a ton. Oh yeah, plan on giving your quads a work out. Lots of stairs. Other than that we had a great time. Lol!

Needs better Furniture

The couches both had plywood under cushions and arms were broken inside frame on the love seat. Other chair under stairs has a broke front leg, so seating was limited and not comfortable in living room. There is a rug when you enter room that we all tripped on cause it is rolled up, needs to be turned to fix hazard. Also the towels for us to use for shower were put up wet not damp (wet) from cleaning crew. Not convinced the sheets had beds were washed either that were on the beds. It was on beach so that was nice.
